Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the La Praz gondola, and about a 30-minute walk into town. It was the perfect balance of quiet and accessibility. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. Le logement est chaleureux, propre et très bien équipé, avec une atmosphère idéale pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. L’emplacement est parfait, calme et agréable.L’hôte a été disponible et avec une communication fluide du début à la fin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.Si nous avons peut être quelque chose à dire se serait sur la petite taille des lits qui sont un peux petit pour deux mais nous avons quand même bien dormi Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Das Chalet liegt extrem zentral zur Liftstation, Bushaltestelle etc zu Fuß geht man 20 Minuten an der Arve entlang nach Chamonix Centrum. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und total gemütlich. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wundervoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!

Un beau chalet idéalement situé

Belle expérience en famille (grands-parents, parents et 3 enfants) dans ce grand chalet à la décoration soignée, très bien équipé. Idéalement situé sur une jolie promenade longeant la rivière, qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Chamonix à pieds. Vues magnifiques sur les sommets depuis le jardin, très agréable avec sa grande terrasse. La commune des Praz est très calme par rapport à l’activité de Chamonix, ce qui nous a très bien convenu. Éventuellement préciser dans l’annonce les escaliers un peu raides pour les personnes d’un certain âge…

Chalet Shanti

We had a wonderful stay in this very well maintained and designed house. The location of the house is excellent vlose to Les Praz with a view on the Mont Blanc massive. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to stay in the Chamonix area for a while.

Excellent. The chalet was lovely and the situation was absolutely perfect for both skiers and non-skiers. The views of Mont Blanc were superb.

Snow Skiing around Chamonix

The property was beautiful and the views were stunning. The proximity to the trail into Chamonix and the closeness to La Praz and the La Fregere gondola was ideal to get onto the mountain quickly. It was also very close for ski rental, the ski bus, and restaurants.

Beautiful

Lovely location, easy to get everywhere using public transport. Stairs are a little steep but wasn’t too much of an issue for us. Thierry was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Excellent place, great location

This house was great. Right off the main walking trail into the town. Great coffee shop down the street. The house had everything needed included (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc), so no need to get that stuff. We had plenty of room to spread out with the family.

Skiferien in Chamonix

Wir haben die Zeit in Chamonix und im Haus Shanti sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was es verspricht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ausbau im Haus und auch die Einrichtung sind recht neu, wirkt aber mit der Dekoration nach 'Vintage'. Die beiden Treppen sind für ältere Leute (>70 Jahre) wohl nicht unbedingt geeignet und für kleine Kinder könnten sie gefährlich sein. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut.

Shanti = tranquillité et soleil

Séjour de 5 jours à début octobre. Beau chalet dans la plaine des Praz, récemment augmenté, orienté vers Sud et Est, avec des vues magnifiques. L'aménagement trahit l'architecte d'intérieur. Excellente situation pour se promener; épicerie et télécabine de la Flégère à proximité. Communication agréable avec le propriétaire très sympa. A recommander absolument.
