A little about the community:

Singleton Beach is Hilton Head Islands youngest beach beach community. It feature lovely Charlestonian style homes sitting right between a lovely salt marsh, tidal. Creek, and the ocean. It is all private homes and there are no condos. Although all of the homes have their own private pools the community also has a community pool as well In addition to the beach you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park just a few hundred yards away.
