This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a quiet community with several amenities including a community heated pool, billiard room, and shuffleboard courts. Located a short drive from all the famous beaches (Siesta Key beach- one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, Lido Beach, Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island). Just a few minutes from all the Sarasota/Bradenton area has to offer including Public parks, unique boutiques, numerous arts & cultural sites, etc.

Stay was OK

The house was very clean and well equipped with just about anything we needed. The rooms were good sized, however much of the furniture was very old, worn, and not very comfortable. Linens could use updating, as they were also old and worn. Overall, our stay was just ok.

Great location..

This was a great place , great location and great neighborhood. Within 15 min from the Beach and Tim was great at responding to all questions and concerns, the only thing I would say was wrong with this place is the flooring needed a little work but other than that we would definitely stay again..

Week Stay

The property was nice. We used it for family who came down to visit. The overall place was clean with plenty of room for everyone. I would rent again if the opportunity would arise.

Needs help

Property is in need of repair and was picked up but filthy when we arrived. Purchased mop and cleaning supplies. Worked out OK after some elbow grease.

Stay at Bradenton

When we arrived around 5 there was 2 cars in the driveway. Thought that somebody else had booked the place but it was the person cleaning. It looked like a rush job. Other than that the place was fine.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We spent the last 8 years renting properties in the southwest Florida area. We finally decided that the Bradenton/ Sarasota area was our favorite spot due to the many beautiful beaches nearby and purchased this home. We fell in love with the home the first time we toured it. The home was on the market for one day and had four offers the first day. Fortunately for us, we were chosen as the buyers. Probably the most appealing thing about this home is its location- close to beaches, shopping, parks, airport, etc.
