We are a hard working family oriented couple with three children; all in college. My wife is a nurse and I am a restaurant manager. As much as we are enjoying this stage of our family, we are also looking forward to the future. We love the beach, boating, sporting activities and we enjoy spending time with each other.

Marco Island has always reserved a special place in our hearts and we often envisioned owning property here. When we discovered this townhouse we knew that this was meant to be. This destination has it all: charming entry courtyard, modern kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and ground floor bedroom. Both third story bedrooms have their own private balcony and bathroom. It's located on the highly desirable south end of Marco Island with so much to offer! Fishing, kayaking, boating, para-sailing, jet-ski rentals, the Marco Island Resident's Beach, pier, parks, and great local restaurants are just a few minutes walk or bike ride away. Come and enjoy the comfort of a three story townhouse with community amenities – including a work from home office space, pool, spa, and tennis. Soon you will be surrounded by the warm, tranquil waters of the Gulf Coast and enjoying the friendly, laid back Marco Island vibe.
