In a small residence called Le Vermeil on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi, 350m from the sea, 580m from the town center and 300m from the shops, large 32m² studio located on the 1st and top floor.
At the entrance, brand new bathroom and separate wc, large storage cupboard, kitchen opening onto the living room with serving hatch, air conditioning, foldaway bed, bz + a fireside chair for 4 beds. Terrace with garden furniture facing West.
Private and secure parking space.

A €400 deposit via credit card will be required before your stay.

Logement parfait avec tout le nécessaire Très au calme. Juste si une petite chose a changer sur le materiel du logement: la table de al terrasse trop petite pour manger dessus sinon tout le restant était parfait
