A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility for up to 6 guests. Clean, quiet, and comfortable

Very nice property! Cleanliness was great, no issues throughout the condo. The parking space and garage make coming and going very easy. The neighborhood felt safe and everyone was very quiet and respectful. Staying in the summer was nice, just note the property doesn’t have AC but does supply fans. The highs were in the upper 80s during my stay, and it did get warm during the day but cools off at night and sleeping was comfortable. Highly recommend this for a stay summer or winter!

Cozy mountain stay

We loved our stay at Shearling Haus! It was so cozy and a very comfortable stay. Loved the fireplace, comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Great location to the bus and ski mtn. Thanks so much! We will definitely stay again!

Just Book It!!

This property was so perfect for our family of 5. It’s darling and having the garage that goes with it makes it so comfortable and great for a stay in Steamboat. The only bummer was the location to the bus pickups but if you can get organized Retreatia offers a free shuttle pickup at your condo. You just have to schedule it ahead of time!!

Lovely spot and place. Very easy to relax. I would suggest they add either charge cords or USB area near the beds.

Comfortable place

This a 3rd floor, walk-up unit so no one is above you (also no elevator). The development is very well maintained. It was very easy to get into the town center; we ubered and used the free bus service in town. The 2 bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

Excellent location and lovely amenities. Loved the table and chairs the most - what great place to gather after skiing. The two queens were perfect for our family. Would love to return.

Great spot, quiet and plenty of space

Fantastic spot, easy access, and stocked with everything you need. On call shuttle to the hill, pin quiet at night, and a lovely space to relax after a day on the slopes. Will visit again!

Comfortable stay in good location. Property was well cared for and beds were comfortable. The garage was nice but note that the garage is on the first floor and this unit is on the third floor.

Great Condo

We enjoyed this newly re-decorated two bedroom condo in Steamboat. We appreciated having two king beds and not having to fight over who got the better room. Very happy with our stay!

Comfortable, clean and convenient

The condo was beautifully updated, well laid out, with comfortable furniture, Beautiful dining area, all new kitchen with everything you need and most importantly, comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.. It is advertised on Vrbo, but managed by Retreatia so there are substantial additional charges.
