Magnificent 200m² (4 bedrooms) houseboat moored on Île de Puteaux. Fully air-conditioned, it's the ideal place for all your unique getaways, whether as a couple, with friends, family, or for business trips.

All types of events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the maximum capacity of 10 people.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Very spacious and bright, the HARMONIE houseboat, with its 200m² of living space, allows you to fully enjoy a stay on the Seine, just minutes from Paris. You'll benefit from a wonderful setting, especially thanks to the two furnished terraces of 100m² and 40m²!

You will be located on Île de Puteaux, near the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

The houseboat is fully furnished and equipped for your utmost comfort. You will enjoy the following amenities:

• A superb, bright living area with a sofa bed (sleeps two), a television, and a large family table seating 8-10 people.

• A large, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

A large bar with high stools is also available.

• A first, bright bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a desk, a television, and storage space.

• A second bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a television, and storage space.

• A third, cozy bedroom with a 140cm double bed and storage space.

• A fourth bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a half-bathroom

You will also have access to the following bathroom facilities:
• A shower room with shower, toilet, and washbasin
• A shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin
• A separate toilet with hand basin
• A separate toilet with washbasin in the 4th bedroom
• A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and storage

The exterior areas of the houseboat offer exceptional amenities:
• A 100m² sunny terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view.

• A second, fully furnished 40m² terrace (in the shade).

Everything you need is included: fresh, clean sheets, towels (2 per person), toiletries, and toilet paper. And for your enjoyment, tea and coffee are provided.

PLEASE NOTE: The toilets are equipped with a macerator; only toilet paper should be flushed down them! Fireplaces are prohibited on the barge.

## Access to the Barge
You will be given a set of keys upon arrival.

You will receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival, ensuring a smooth stay: key handover, hotel-quality towels and linens, professional cleaning, and we remain at your disposal for any questions throughout your stay.

## Neighborhood
The barge is moored at Île de Puteaux, near the Naturoscope. You will be close to the center of Puteaux with all its local shops: L'Atelier Des Pains bakery, a greengrocer, a butcher, and a Monoprix supermarket. You can also enjoy the beautiful Île de Puteaux park, just a 2-minute walk away.

You will be:

• Eiffel Tower, a 15-minute drive away.

• Bois de Boulogne, 6-minute walk.

• Champs-Élysées, 10-minute drive.
