- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV.
- A shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside:
- A beautiful 650 m² shared garden, facing east/south-east, enclosed and sloping.
- A 35 m² terrace.

For added comfort: barbecue, high chair, cot.

The flat is ideally located in Caudebec-en-Caux, in a quiet neighbourhood on the GR2 (50 m from the property) in a very pleasant environment. The "Le Calidu" footpath provides direct, fast access to the centre of the town and to the Seine quay. What's more, the property's location makes it easy to get to emblematic towns such as Etretat (40 minutes), Deuville (1 hour) and Honfleur (1 hour). You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
