Your Ocean front vacation house on water awaits you! Experience Key West staying above it's beautiful clear water. There is a little something for everyone from adventure seekers, to people who just want to get away and enjoy island life, wildlife, sunsets and water activities. From under the boat at any given time you might see many types of fish, stingrays, various crabs, starfish, octopus, lobsters, nurse sharks and even manatee from time to time! From above; view gorgeous sunsets, various sea birds catching their meals and even a military jet formation on occasion. Many great areas to kayak/paddleboard all starting from right off the boat. There are several miles of mangrove trails to view wildlife and fish or just simply get lost in nature. Kayak or paddle board up to Cow Key Marina restaurant as well as Hurricane Hole’s restaurant and grab some lunch.

This houseboat is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with full kitchen/bar and relaxing livingroom. Off the front you have a covered patio with a ceiling fan and the spacious roof top deck with great views of the bay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as an on suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.

The kitchen is of regular size with standard size appliances plus dish washer so you have the usual comforts of home.

This unit also includes a washer and dryer.

NOTE # The houseboat is NOT to be moved from its slip.
It is a stationary floating cottage.

Bill was very open and honest, communication was excellent and we had a great stay on the boat. It is on a quiet bay away from the hustle on Duval street which was very nice, I recommend rental of a golf cart.

Everything was perfect. Our host Bill was easy to reach and he even allowed to check in early which was great. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed fishing and swimming right off the back of the boat. Old Town Key West was only a short and cheap cab ride away. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Key West.

A little hiccup in the beginning but everything worked out perfect. The boat we had booked had a toilet issue so we were moved to the owners personal boat.The boat we ended up with was clean and beautiful although not fully prepped for guests. The top deck was unusable. But the windy, rainy, cold weather that week did not allow for many water activities so it did not affect our stay.The interior and beds were comfortable and for a houseboat the water pressure in the shower was great!We rented bikes and crossed the bridge into Key West to go see the Hemingway house, hang out on Duval St and to the Southernmost point.Bill was a great host and accommodated our needs. Only feedback would be him getting into the texting game rather than a phone call.All in all a great trip and would rent again

Superb!

Not only was the houseboat comfortable clean and easily accessible, the host, Bill is a legend! Bill went out of his way to be more than accomodating for us on our trip which was the cherry on top of an otherwise perfect vacation. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future. 10/10 A rental.

Relaxing Stay

Located in a very quiet bay. Houseboat is super clean and Bill is great to work with - very responsive to questions and needs. There is not much in walking distance, so a golf cart (highly recommend), scooter, or bike would be necessary.

Great Spot for a Key West Vacation

We loved our location, loved that they had paddle boards for rent that we could use our whole stay, loved the peaceful water the houseboat was on, loved the easy access to area attractions, and loved how friendly and helpful our host was. The beds were comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give all 5s is that The houseboat was expensive for its older condition and older neighborhood. It was not as nice as we would have hoped. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

Waterfront vacay

This was a unique location away from the crowds of downtown and on the water of a beautiful, quiet bay. It worked well for us, we enjoyed the spaciousness, and it would work well for a family, but might be tight for 2 couples. It was a walk to restaurants and a Lyft ride into town, so a car or golf cart would have been nice, but we were ok walking the mile or so to eat at nearby restaurants, and getting a ride to and from town rather than rent a car and have to find parking. The only disappointment was the musty smell from water damage in the ceiling that hadn’t been fixed yet, which is on the to-do list. But we enjoyed the decks and the kayaks while we were there, and Bill was very accommodating.

Laid back and easy to love

Hosts were awesome/highly responsive without being overbearing. Very friendly. Great location/beautiful setting. A bit obscure to find, but that just added to the charm. Awesome wildlife viewing! Easy access to all things Keys... Well supplied and comfortable. :-) Will return!!!

Amazing wildlife in quiet location

Our family (2 parents + teen) spent 3 nights on the houseboat and it totally exceeded our expectations! We loved getting up every morning and scanning the water around the boat to find all sorts of creatures. We saw many fish, starfish, nurse sharks and, best of all, a manatee from the boat! Bill and Ben took care of everything we needed during our stay. We rented paddleboards directly from Bill which was a huge time saver. We used them each day of our stay and saw most of the bay during our limited time. Paddling to Hurricane Hole for lunch was a highlight. Bill also arranged a pink shrimp order for us to be delivered right to the property. Again, a time saver which was much appreciated. The neighborhood where the boat is located is super quiet. A nice respite from Duval Street craziness yet still only a few minutes away from it if that's your thing. Best of both worlds. I was a little nervous that a houseboat would not have a good bathroom and/or kitchen. This was not an issue at all. The complete kitchen stocked with every pot, pan dish we needed. The water was good and it was a nice hot shower.

Just what we needed

Bill and Ben were amazing. So helpful with anything we wanted… Great location anything we needed at our finger tips. We had a great time playing cards on patio, boating to sand bar, parasailing , sunset cruise ,Paddle boarding and paddleball on the beach and more. 😎

Amazing Hidden Paradise Cove

The property is amazing, It is tucked away in the beautiful private cove. You can stand on the dock and see star fish, octopus, and all types of marine life at any time. We drove our 38ft powerboat from Miami to the property. When we arrived there was parking for our boat, plenty of dock space, everything was ready for us, and the Houseboat was Excellent. We had a part fail on our personal power boat that we drove down while we were staying and Bill and Wendy took the time to help us get it fixed and saved our trip! They rode with us to a marina and arranged for our boat to be lifted out of the water over a leaking trim line. The line wasn't available so they had ours repaired for us at a local shop, and all within a few hours. They are amazing hosts. They made the whole trip that much better. The beds were amazing, stores were close by, they let the kids use their paddle boards, and even took us out in their Center console for a ride. I just can't say enough good things about this place. We plan to go back.

Weekend getaway

We had a great time on the houseboat. Mr. Bill was very accommodating. We were able to fish right off the boat, which was great. The only “issue” was no Wifi. My hotspot would never connect to the tv, so we weren’t able to watch the Gold Cup. Other then that we had a great time.

Our family stayed here for a week in Paradise and had an amazing time. The host was very helpful and was there when we had any questions about anything. Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time staying on the house boat! It was perfect for our family, we were vacationing with our grown sons 22 & 24 they thought it was great! We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our 6 night stay . We loved Fishing and swimming from the boat. The location was very private! It was just close enough to downtown KW . We rented a golf cart to use when going downtown. We could not say enough about how accommodating the host were! Bill and Wendy are great host! They were so helpful and accommodating ! The boat had everything we could have wanted ! I loved that it had a washer and dryer. We can’t wait to book again!

The absolute best VRBO find!

We could not have ask for a better rental. This is a great alternative to the crowded resorts and hotels but still offers all the Key West vibes and experiences plus some you couldn’t get from the traditional rentals. The property, location, and host were all wonderful.

WOW

You never know what your're going to get on VRBO so I went into the trip skeptical but hopeful. We were pleasantly surprised to pull up to brand new floating docks and a pair of very well preserved and maintained houseboats. The beds, baths and kitchen were immaculate and well outfitted for cooking. The grill on the front deck was perfect for cooking up the fish that we caught on our daily outings. What impressed me the most was when we told Bill (the owner) that we needed to find fuel and ice for the boat at 10pm Saturday night he arranged for ice (300#) to be delivered that night and fuel (450 gal) arrived at 7:30 am Sunday. Between the anglers in our group we’ve been everywhere and none of us had experienced hospitality like that. We will definitely be staying on one of Bills boats on our next Key West fishing trip.
