the lighting in the living room/kitchen was horrible. the owner had them give me a lamp but it wasn't much better. there was one dingy light for both areas. I had to use my phone to see! no light in the refrigerator, and I wasn't told you had to have the dingy light on to get the hallway light to work. Also, a coffee maker but no filters or a coffee cup! filters were brought over but i never got a coffee cup. These are such simple fixes

Do not stay here

This is the worst place ever. The shower was infested with all kinds of bugs. The bed was not changed. The house was a mess. It was in a horrible area and looked nothing like the picture that were displayed. I just had surgery and that place was not fit for anyone to stay in. My husband and two teenagers refused to stay there. We ended up staying the night at a better place. That cost. We then rented another place for the next two night on Miami Beach. Way better. I’d rather had spent money there than at this place. I was so angry. They got paid and we did not even stay there. When my husband first tried to check in the cleaning people were there and tried telling him that Check in was at 5 when it was at 4. It was disgusting and so when I contacted the owner he acted like he disregarded the issue and down played the whole complaint. He knew it wasn’t up to code. Please check the reviews because I didn’t. But I know better next time. We took a loss. It will never happen. Do not rent this place. I don’t care if it is just one person. The apartment looked like a housing complex. Or some motel. It’s not worth it!!!!
