- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) with TV.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
- Room 4: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 5: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower.
- A laundry room.
- A separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Room 6: two single beds ideal for children.
- A corridor with dressing room.
- Room 7: Master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a sofa, TV dressing room and adjoining bathroom with bathtub and WC. Access to a covered and furnished terrace.

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 5x9m open all year long with alarm and deckchairs.

The house is ideally located in Vivès, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from a supermarket at 5km (9 mins by car) from the house and the other shops are in Boulou at 7km (10 mins)

A beautiful lake with many water activities at 5 min. The sea at 25 min.
