Perfect house in a beautiful location

We had the most wonderful time staying in this property. The hosts were absolutely amazing, we arrived very late due to the traffic but Mme Ribere Andrée was absolutely fantastic. She was very welcoming and even helped us get food as it was so late. We contacted her a few times and she was amazing, always so helpful and kind. The pool is a dream, so much bigger than the pictures show, the children loved playing there and its a good length for adults to swim too.The house is just perfect, we had 3 families staying together but still had so much space. Having so many bedrooms and bathrooms meant we could all have our own spaces. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped its great for families and cooking big means. The children loved the garden, everyday they would go on an adventure and feed the fish. It was such a peaceful garden, if you love nature its perfect. We loved it here and would definitely come back. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it made our holiday extra special.

Great house with a lot of privacy

In spite of pouring rain the first 4 days of our week in the South of France, my family and I had a good vacation in this charming house. The house is exactly as in the ad. It is very well furnished, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is new and very nice. The fireplace warms the place up. The yard is amazing - it is huge and looks like a park or a forest. It has it's own lake and a small river. The boys could run along uninterrupted. It is also very private, with no immediate neighbours lurking into the house. It is located 25 mins walk from the center of the village so keep in mind that you need a car for everything. The communication with Erika and the house keeper Mme Ribere was excellent. Minor things that could be improved: the internet was quite weak. I guess normally you would not need internet but for us with the rain we had to entertain ourselves :) The cushions could also be replaced. All in all - we recommend that place and we will probably return in the future.

Very well equipped house

There were only two of us staying in this huge house for a month, so we did not use most of the facilities. The kitchen had everything you could want, including a fridge with ice maker. Jut a word of warning: the beautiful pool is VERY slippery at the shallow end and with no hand rail you must take extra care. Our satnav told us we had arrived, but the entrance gates are about another half a mile down the road. We went to Spain midweek in September and it was a nightmare journey with traffic queued nose to tail both ways. The journey took more than two hours each way. Going into the shopping centre was just like the January sales in Oxford Street, and despite the huge car park, people were fighting for spaces. We made a hasty exit and drove further south where we managed to do all our shopping with no hassle. Alcohol in Spain is a third cheaper than in France and you should stock up in quantity to avoid a return trip across the border. The weather was changeable, sometimes very hot and sometimes very cloudy but we still managed to swim most days. All in all a very pleasant four weeks which we would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le calme et la nature. Nous avons apprécié:la piscine chauffée en octobre au milieu d'un espace naturel reposant, la maison, vaste, les chambres ensoleillées, la terrasse couverte bienvenue pour les repas conviviaux, les sanitaires à chaque étage et en prime une spacieuse douche extérieure.A noter: le manque dommageable de housses de couettes .

Une semaine en famille (6 adultes, 2 bébés de 1 an et 2 enfants de 5 ans). Notre séjour a été gâché par ;- le coût prohibitif de la location des draps, 18 euros par personne et non par lit, y compris pour les enfants.- Attention, aucune clim, même pas à l'étage, où la chaleur est insupportable même la nuit. - des équipements manquants : essoreuse à salade, vrai grille pain. Machine à laver très vétuste. - Lors de l'état des lieux de sortie, il nous a juste été précisé de ranger les chaises de jardin, ce que nous avons fait. Or, après notre départ, nous avons reçu une demande de paiement de 60 euros pour ne pas avoir rangé le mobilier de jardin, avoir laissé la maison dans un état de saleté anormal et ne pas avoir vidé les poubelles. Lorsque j'ai répondu exprimant mon étonnement, la question du mobilier de jardin a été enlevée, mais il a été rajouté que nous n'avions pas trié les déchets. Nous sommes habitués à louer en famille depuis des années et avons toujours été félicités par les propriétaires sur notre soin.Je trouve étonnantqu'avec une location à plus de 3200 euros draps à 18 euros par personne, on nous réclame cette somme. J'ai reçu 1 photo montrant 2 tâches sur le sol, très localisées, et un endroit avec des traces sur les vitres de la baie vitrée. 2 corbeilles à l'étage ont bien été oublié mais toutes les autres étaient vidées. Il s'agit d'une utilisation normale de la maison pour 10 dont 4 enfants.

Un sejour très reposant

Cette location a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes, pour un séjour au calme, en pleine nature, sans être trop éloignés du village. La maison et le jardin sont très agréables, mieux encore que sur les photos. On a particulièrement aimé l'accueil par Mme Ribere, très pro et très sympathique, et aussi la qualité et la quantité des équipements (vaisselle, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, chaises, tables, parasols ... il y en a plus qu'il n'en faut). La cuisine d'été près de la piscine a été également très appréciée.

Très belle villa dans un très bel endroit

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette villa à Laroque fin juillet. La communication avant le séjour était facile et claire, l'accueil simple et efficace. La villa est très agréable, très bien équipée, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le grand terrain au calme. L'installation de moustiquaires pourrait peut-être être envisagée. La région est splendide, il y a de nombreuses choses à faire/découvrir.

Incroyable villa bien situe au calme proche de tout plage ,Espagne, super marcher etc la piscine est juste enorme le terrain immense villa tres belle seul bemole si je veut etre chiant il nya pas la clim est il fait chaud la clim serais top mais la maison lest deja pareil pour madame ribere qui est super sympa est arrangeante si vous etes sympa biensur elle a assure, pareil pour Christophe le pisciniste qui est intervenu rapidement franchement rien a dire nous etions 9 en allant de notre fils de 1 ans jusqua notre grand mere de 77 ans tout le monde a kiffer a fond nous esperons revenir est pourquoi pas des l annee prochaine !! Merci est a bientot.

très belle maison, très agréable à vivre à 10 personnes.

. Mme RIbere qui nous à accueilli est d' une efficacité remarquable et avec le sourire. Elle a régler très rapidement des problèmes de dimensions et de règlement de linge de lit qui ne correspondaient pas aux renseignements que l'on avaient reçu Bravo madame Ribèrel La communication est rendue difficile par des problèmes de langue propriétaire Danoise, intermédiaire Allemande. Malgré un BBQ inutilisable et 2 poeles hors d' usage, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle maison de madame Marianne JENSEN et bien profité de la grande piscine

Belle propriété, maison conforme à la description. Superbe piscine et la maison est bien équipée. Attention que le linge de lit n’est pas compris dans la location (supplément) et que cela n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Maison parfaite pour famille nombreuses ou amis.

une grande maison au calme

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Grand jardin, au calme car pas de voisins à proximité, on a vraiment l'impression d'être seuls. La maison est bien entretenue et très propre. Des travaux importants ont été faits récemment (une cuisine neuve, la piscine entièrement refaite et la terrasse autour de la piscine). Elle est aussi bien équipée: vaisselle, rangements, barbecue, douche extérieure, cuisine d'été... La personne qui gère la maison sur place est très réactive et nous a bien aidé en cas de besoin. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont aussi très agréables. Bref, c'était parfait. Reste une impression de calme, de repos et de détente... on a adoré

just perfect.

when we arrived, a very nice lady (Didi) shows us around, and se was easy to reach by phone when there where questions. there was a new big! swimming pool, a new kitchen whit all the thinks you need to cook for a large group, a big fridge, en it was clean, and plenty off space in and around the house. the bedrooms where simpel whit good mattresses. the bathrooms where also simpel, and that was fine. a new bathroom is on the outside off the house. plenty off restaurants where nearby in Laroque, and the beaches off Argelès-sur-Mer-mer and St Cypien where 20 car minutes away. whe stayed 3 weeks and for us, 2 family's whit teenaged kids it was just perfect!

Dass ein Objekt dieser fragwürdigen Qualität als Angebot einer „Premium-Gastgeberin“ gilt, hat uns überrascht. Wir betrachten es als eine Irreführung. Über durchgelegene Matratzen, desolate Schiebeschränke und fehlende Fliegennetze an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer mag man hinwegsehen – auch über den Haus-internen Stromausfall und einen Wasserrohrbruch (der nicht repariert wurde). Als wertmindernd zu betrachten ist aber: Teile des Grundstücks, insbesondere im Pool-Bereich, befanden sich in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Gerade in der Nähe der Pool-, aber auch der (zu schmalen) Haus-Terrasse fehlt eine Grasnarbe nahezu vollständig; man sitzt buchstäblich im Dreck. Der Terrassenbereich um den Pool befindet sich in einem Zustand der Verwahrlosung (von Unkraut überwucherte Rabatten; Pflanzen, die mit scharfen Dornen in die Wege der Terrasse hineinragen und gerade für Kinder eine Gefahr darstellen). Die Pool-Terrasse zieren zerbrochene Natursteinplatten mit scharfen Ecken; fehlende Natursteinplatten haben Löcher hinterlassen, in denen Kinderfüße verschwinden; eine bis zu zwei Zentimetern hohe aufgebrochene Natursteinkante zieht sich über die Terrasse hinweg und lädt zum Stolpern ein. Für Kinder stellt diese Terrasse eine Gefahrenquelle dar. Dreckige Liegen mussten von uns selbst gereinigt werden. Der Grill der Sommerküche erwies sich als nicht funktionsfähig (kurz nach In-Gebrauchnahme stiegen hohe Flammen auf). Im Pool fanden wir eine gehörige Portion Glasscherben vor.

Un petit coin de paradis dans un grand jardin, entouré d'arbres, au pied des montagnes, au silence, dans la nature une belle maison traditionnelle, une grande piscine où l'on peut vraiment nager. La maison est bien équipée, et on voit que les propriétaires veulent l'améliorer . A proximité en voiture , le village, les sites de Collioure et Banyuls, Perpignan...la région est très belle et nous en avons bien profité ! Un bel endroit pour de belles vacances !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille : magnifique terrain arboré avec vu sur les montagnes et piscine très agréable. La maison est également appréciable avec un bémol toutefois sur les équipements qui se font vieillissants. Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous n’avons pas été déçus.

Maison au pied des Pyrénées et proche de la plage

Super séjour passer avec des amis, la maison est au calme et sa piscine est très agréable de plus, la maison est proche de la mer, de l'Espagne et des Pyrénées mais aussi de la ville.

Très bon séjour au pied des montagnes et proche d'Argelès

Belle propriété, bien équipée et bien placée. Piscine agréable. Il manque juste la climatisation (mais des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition).
