Charming Spacious Studio – La Gentilhommière (PB)

Our property is nestled in the lush countryside of the Périgord Pourpre region, surrounded by vast meadows and a large, well-maintained garden offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. A large outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness room will enhance your stay.

The property consists of three studios.

Each studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sleeping area, a bathroom, and a spacious lounge area for relaxing.

This studio is located on the ground floor and includes a terrace, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Access to the swimming pool and shared facilities is available both from inside the building and through the garden.

The shared laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and tumble dryer, is located on the ground floor of the building. You will have access to it at any time via the rear of the building.
