Romar Place is a mid rise 66 unit complex, with 2 elevators - so no long waits. Romar Place 606 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 6th floor end unit. It has a wrap around balcony directly on the gulf. The balcony is accessible from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a private balcony with gulf views. All bedrooms have private baths. There are 4 TVs with digital cable. All new linens - sheets, towels, bed skirts, quilts. All bedrooms have a charging station for cells phones, tablets, computers. Additional charging station in living room and master bath. All bathrooms have new blow dryers. Our unit has all tile floors and updated bathrooms with granite. Kitchen updated with wood cabinets and granite. New refrigerator with ice maker. New full size washer and dryer. New patio furniture with dining table and 2 rocking chairs.

Primary renter must be 25 years old. Photo Id required.

Parking passes are $50 per vehicle debit or credit card. 2 vehicle maximum.

Master bedroom - gulf front, private bath, king bed, new linens, 2 doors to balcony, digital cable TV, charging station

Junior Master bedroom - private balcony, private bath, queen bed, new linens, digital cable TV, charging station

Great beachfront condo

Condo was great. Very clean. Lots of room. Good location. Great view of beach. Wrap around balcony with rocking chairs was a 10. Good communication with condo host/owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Well stocked with kitchenware and furniture was very comfortable. Walkway near beach and pool was nice. Very convenient to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised for this room and it was great. My parents stayed in the room that’s on the streetside. They say it’s time for a new mattress in that room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

We loved the location. This was our first time in Orange Beach. We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. The building next to the condo was having work done outside that was very loud. This was a bit of an inconvenience but nothing could have been done by the owner.

Beautiful Big Corner Condo!

If you are going on a family beach vacation this is the condo for you. We had 6 adults and one 18 month old baby, and had plenty of room. It is big, beautiful and directly on the beach. Being a corner one you have lots of balcony space. It had new furniture on it including a table and chair set, rocking chairs and extra chairs on the other side. The condo was clean and very spacious. It’s a plus all 3 bedrooms had big beds and not twins in one room. She had an air mattress in one of the closets you could use, if needed. Lots of extra pillow and blankets in the closets too. We liked that all the bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. There were starter packs of all the normally amenities you need, in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus some. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. We grilled one night on the bottom deck. There were 3 gas grills and concrete picnic tables if you wanted to eat outside. She had lots of 6 beach chairs in the utility room, 2 umbrellas, 2 small ice chest, a whole bend of kids beach toys to play in the sand, in the back closet you could use. The outside and inside pools were clean. Mrs. Carrol the owner was very quick to answer any questions or concerns you had. Very sweet lady. We will definitely be staying here again.

love this place

This is the best condo we have ever stayed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The air conditioning worked great. There were plenty of pillows, linens, and fans. The balcony furniture was superb. Carrol was quick to respond to my text. She definitely made us feel welcomed. Will definitely go back to this condo.

Amazing Spot in Orange Beach

The property was way more beautiful than the pictures shows. We were all stunned at the view of the ocean and how beautiful the location is. Great spot in orange beach with close proximity to everything. Being right on the beach is really nice as well. Carrol was available for any questions and gave us detailed instructions for the condo which was really helpful. We'll stay here whenever we come back if available.

Property location is great. Plenty of places to eat, but not a lot of traffic to contend with. Ample, convenient parking. Good beach access, two pools, comfortable rooms.

Perfect Beach Weekend

We truly enjoyed this beautiful condo. Carrol was so helpful and her condo had everything we could need. This unit is great for families and the small complex made it feel very peaceful. The amenities were wonderful and we would definitely book here again!

Wonderful SpringBreak

We had a wonderful SpringBreak. The condo is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was great. The condo had everything we needed for our week stay. It had wonderful views of the gulf, we definitely would stay again and recommend this condo!

Last minute getaway

We booked Carrol’s condo as a last minute family getaway and had such a great time. Everything we needed was at the condo and it really felt like a home and not a rental. Carrol was super responsive. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.
