St Croix 504 - Beautiful 3BR, 2B updated condo overlooking the gulf and pools. The ocean views in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood, including the Ruth's Chris and Sandbar on the property. Ask about happy hour!

Gated, with 24-hour security on the property, spa, underground garage with assigned parking near elevators. There are 2 elevators in each wing providing access to only 3 condos per floor...comfortable and easy access! HUGE Master Suite, closet/nursery. W/D, full kitchen, 2 balconies with comfortable furniture. No carpet. Recently renovated and refurnished...and comfortable!!

One of the best parking spots in the garage, close to glassed-in garage elevator lobby and hotel carts...easy to get items to-and-from the condo, in climate-controlled comfort. Free wifi, new smart TVs in LR and all BRs , access to many channels.

Tremendous sculptural pool, hot tub and kiddos’ pool. Onsite workout/cardio facilities, tennis and basketball courts. Please contact us at 337-278-2829 if you have any questions!

Great condo, beautiful location, and friendly owners!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Shells. Our condo was spacious and the layout of the rooms made it easy for family members to both have fun together and also do their own thing without disturbing others. It was so quiet, the pool was amazing, and we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach. We always felt very safe and appreciated the security measures. The only complaint I have is that the condo wasn't as clean as expected when we arrived. The cleaning crew could be a little more attentive. There was a thermometer on the couch, burnt toast on one balcony, and empty water bottles on the second balcony. Otherwise we were very satisfied and are already planning on staying at the same condo in a few months.

Beautiful property and great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this place and all of the amenities. It was perfect for our family, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Loved the view of the ocean and the proximity. The kids LOVED the pool! We will stay again!

Lovely condo

We loved staying at this condo! We usually stay at another, but it was booked this year. We will stay here from now on. One thing to note is that the beach chairs are not included and got very pricey for the week. The beach chairs were included in the other condo, so I just assumed it would be for this one too. Wonderful location, beach, condo and pool!

Wonderful time

We love Silver Shells. We have frequented this resort many times over the last 12 years. This was the first time we used VRBO and the homeowner was great! Very responsive to texts regarding local places to eat, checking to make sure everything is ok, and to bring us extra keys (which he had maintenance do immediately). Will definitely stay again. Thank you for an amazing time and opening up your home to us.

Love Silver Shells

We had a great experience staying here! The owners of the condo were in communication with us within minutes whenever I had questions about the condo from the time we booked until our stay was complete. This condo area has everything you are looking for as far as access to the beach, HUGE pool, tiki bar with drinks and food. The access to elevators was excellent and you never had to wait long for an elevator to take you up or down. The condo itself is clean and specious with spectacular views. This is our second year in a row staying at St. Croix Silver Shells and we love it!

Favorite Vacation Resort

Absolute Favorite resort condo that we've ever rented! It was just Perfect! The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, condo was very clean, the view was incredible, the resort pool was Fantastic, the owner was Wonderful to speak with and incredibly Helpful with all of my questions, everything was just Perfect! I am already planning on our next Destin trip and am planning to stay in the same condo!

Fantastic

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very comfortable, stylishly furnished, exceptionally clean, well maintained and equipped. We felt at home from moment 1. Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay with our two young kids. It was great to wake up and drink coffee on the balcony. The privacy of the room was wonderful, too! Our kids had a blast being able to go to the pool, playground, and beach.

Location and condo has all you need for a lovely family stay! Property is located in walking distance to The track for family fun and The Backporch for yummy eats. Beach bar/food was in spot!

Destin family trip

Our family had a wonderful time! Owner was very accommodating and even allowed us to stay an extra day due to some rainy weather. Location was perfect, view was excellent. We enjoyed watching all of the planes fly over. Pool was clean and our 3 year old loved swimming and enjoyed warming up in the hot tub. Rental chair/umbrella people were very nice and the Tiki bar made great drinks! I would definitely recommend staying in this unit! Thank you Debbie!!

Wonderful hosts and a beautiful place

We have been visiting Destin since 1986 Ans usually stay further down the beach, but found this to be the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything but still nice and private, we enjoyed this unit very much. Beautifully remodeled, spacious and containing everything you need for cooking (we stayed in for dinner every night due to Covid), we also loved the resort style pool, the beach bar (cocktails are super reasonable) and the chair service on the beach. (And talk to Grant O’Neal at the rentals about a private charter). Next time we plan to see about renting one of the poolside Cabanas as well. Debbie is gracious and responsive and attended to our every need! Thank you, Debbie, for a great stay and fabulous memories.

Wonderful vacation at 504!

We just returned from a week in Destin at Silver Shells 504. The property was very clean, very spacious, and the location is fantastic. Incredible view of the gulf. Debbie was so nice and kind and very responsive to any question we had. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool, and the beach is just perfect. I particularly enjoyed the cool sand and watching the F35s fly over from Elgin Air Force Base The master bedroom is very spacious and the bed was a really comfortable memory foam bed. The kids each had their own bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. Full size washer and dryer meant we didn’t have to pack as much and went home with no dirty laundry. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the ocean. I ate breakfast there every morning, it’s so peaceful. Great parking place right near the entry doors to the St Croix building, in a parking garage that locks after hours. The location of Silver Shells next to a state park makes the beach area less crowded and more pleasant. It’s also a gated resort, which we were very pleased about, as the kids could roam around without much worry. We had a great time. We felt very comfortable and informed about the property. I’d definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation!!!

The property was amazing, condo was very clean & updated. We spent a week here, the owners were very thorough in explaining everything necessary for our stay & checked with us to make sure that we were comfortable & enjoying the condo. We will definitely be staying her again on our next vacation to Destin.

Wonderful experience

We had a great experience staying in this unit. This is our second time staying at the Silver Shells property which has great pool, beaches and walkable to Henderson Beach and the Back Porch Restaurant. Property owners of this unit were super responsive and even helped extend our checkout due to inclement weather some of the days of our stay which was super sweet since we were on our honeymoon. Unit was clean, gorgeous view of pool and ocean. Would definitely rent from them again!!

After renting every year since 1999 for family vacations, we purchased in 2014. We hope you find it as enjoyable and fun as we do! Something for everyone...pools, huge hot tub, beach, Spa and Ruth's Chris on site. Live music on Ruth's Chris patio and the SandBar beachfront...all on site! Nearby walkable areas include Henderson State Park (next door!) and additional restaurants and shops.

Located in a center condo in the middle building in an incredibly lovely gated resort, we feel our views are the best! 2 elevators travel to only 3 condos per floor...climate controlled access from garage lobby to condo...fast and easy access! 24-hour security on the grounds, incredible landscaping and amenities. Beachfront chairs and umbrellas are available to rent and drinks/food from the SandBar enhance the beachfront experience.
