In a small, quiet residence with a swimming pool in the shade of pine trees,
you will be 1.4 km from the famous port of St Tropez and 500 meters from the sandy beach of “La Bouillabaisse.” Located on the ground floor of a Provençal-style bastide,
the renovated 50 m² apartment has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, each with a large closet and a French window opening onto the garden.
Attractive Italian-style shower room.
Washing machine.
Separate toilet.
Kitchen area with central island.
Living room with dining table, TV, and sofa.
The bay window opens onto the covered terrace with dining table and garden with deckchairs.
