It is a low villa with terraces. The hosts of a discretion without flaws occupy the 1st floor(except in JULY and AUGUST). In JULY and AUGUST the villa is rented without host). The views are on sea and mountain. Near the pearl of the Costa Blanca: the town of ALTEA. The property is 5 minutes from the sea and Don CAYO golf. You want to relax with calm and serenity, but also enjoy all the activities, Casa Orient is the ideal resort for golfers, hikers, cyclists and water sports, but also rest and relaxation. You benefit from a private pool, outdoor hot tub, billiard room, gym. Space any comfort with a lot of charm. The views are extraordinary. Isabelle and Jean-Marc who occupy a part of the property (except in JULY and AUGUST) very discreet but also very effective to guide you if you wish during your stay and thus fill your holidays with the most beautiful visits and the best activities.

Outstanding place!

We had a perfect break in this beautiful property with very welcoming and discreet French hosts in Alhama Springs. (Party of four) Very well equipped accommodation with luxury furnishings and lovely views, surrounded by peaceful and secure private gardens and many thoughtfully adorned and furnished terraces with private pool, spa pool and small gym. There are plenty of areas to relax with tables or sofas most which have views down over the private garden and to the town, coastal hills and the sea. Nice walk down through the garden to Altea la Vella in 15-20 min, where there are restaurants and small shops so you don't have to use the car, but it's only 6 km or so to the bigger town, shops and beaches at Altea. Highly recommended. We will return when we can to explore the lovely area further.

Bon séjour pour se détendre

Après un bel accueil par les propriétaires Pascale et Jean-Marc, vous serez surpris par la taille de la maison et vous vous sentirez immédiatement chez vous. Beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour paisible. A deux pas de villes comme Benidorm, Calpé et bien d'autres. Les propriétaires donnent également de nombreux bons conseils. Nous les reverrons. Wendy et Bruno

Séjour merveilleux

Tout a été parfait de l’accueil par Pascale et Jean-Marc au départ. Maison très grande et très bien équipée. Nous étions comme à la maison ! Environnement magnifique et calme. ALTEA est une très belle ville. Nous avons suivi les conseils de nos hôtes et avons fait de bonnes découvertes. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter de nos vacances. Rien à dire si ce n’est : « à bientôt « .

Hemos pasado unos días en esta preciosidad de casa, que la verdad se nos ha hecho muy cortito! Las vistas son increíbles, las terrazas, las piscinas… no hay pega que se le pueda poner, cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Por no hablar de la gentileza y amabilidad de los propietarios, los cuales nos dejaron una botella de vino, refrescos en la nevera, mermelada hecha por ellos y unos higos riquísimos de la misma finca. Vacances estivales 2023 à ALTEA

Dans un premier temps ayant mal lu l'annonce, nous avons été surpris que la villa soit occupé (tout le haut de la villa) également par les propriétaires. Néanmoins ceux-ci sont extrêmement discret. La villa est situé sur un terrain somptueux et une pinède magnifique. Nous regrettons un temps soit peu le règlement intérieur qui ne permet pas de de profiter de la piscine après 22h00. Je recommande cette location, qui par contre est très bien équipé et dont les propriétaires sont charmants. Ils s'agit néanmoins plus d'une maison d'hôtes que d'une location de villa privative.

Séjour, accueil, prestations exceptionnels

Nos hôtes Pascale et Jean-Marc ont été adorables. Ils nous ont accueillis dans un lieu idyllique qu'ils ont aménagé avec goût. De très belles prestations, de grands espaces aussi bien intérieurs qu'extérieurs, le tout dans une propreté impeccable. Les vues sur mer d'un côté et montagne de l'autre sont juste exceptionnelles. Le centre historique d'Altéa avec ses petites ruelles ne manque pas de charme. Enfin bref, tout était parfait et je ne peux que recommander vivement cette location.
