The villa is ideally located: in the heart of the festive village of Pérols while being quiet, you can do everything on foot (festivities, food shops, bars, restaurants, market, arenas of Pérols with its concerts and Camargue races, the course of health to go jogging facing the pond of gold is behind the house). At the foot of the cycle paths, you can take the bicycles made available to go to the beach, or stroll through the salt marshes in the middle of the pink flamingos, the paths of the Camargue, the cathedral of Villeneuve les Maguelone. 10 minutes from the airport and the Sud de France train station. 5 minutes from the Tramway line 3 leading to the Saint Roch station or to the city center of Montpellier to discover the old town and the historic district of the crest.
Privileged environment, many activities are accessible: local markets, horse riding, golf, boat, discovery of the Camargue through the visit of the ranches by barge, mountain bike, Safari 4X4 or horseback riding.

- Magnificent cathedral living room with surf/bohemian decor (6m high ceiling), with piano, guitar, ukulele, fireplace, sofas, sofa, Corbusier chair, open to a large dining room (large wooden table for 8 people), with view on the swimming pool and the summer kitchen. Many books, board games, children's games, will make your stay fantastic!
