On the ground floor: a large living room / dining room of 46m² (table for 10 people), a kitchen of 32m² furnished and fully equipped (crockery, appliances), a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, a second fridge (to avoid shopping too often!), a toilet, a large 28m² bedroom with a 1.60m double bed and its bathroom (walk-in shower) and WC of 7m².Upstairs: a landing, a large bedroom of 32m² with a double bed of 1.60m and two single beds, a bathroom with a large shower and Separate WC, another 38m² bedroom with 1 large double bed of 160m, its bath and its 1930 washbasin and another small bedroom with two single beds and a separate WC.
