##Housing:
Your vacation rental at the Grau du Roi. Quiet, located 500m from the beach, in the immediate vicinity of shops and the city center, you will be charmed by this atypical village house of about 80m2, with garden not overlooked.
This house can accommodate 6 people maximum. You can enjoy in conviviality, with friends or family, its pretty garden, with table and chairs for 6 people, for breakfast, barbecue, sunbathing.
It is close to all shops and the beach of the right bank, area both quiet and close to everything, very sought after and appreciated by our customers.
You can enjoy an equipped kitchen with bar, open to a large cozy living room, with dining table for 6 people, sitting area with TV and stone fireplace.
Upstairs: You will find two comfortable rooms. The first has a double bed with 140 bedding, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, the third bed is on the mezzanine, on an open space.
A bathroom with basin and walk-in shower.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

##Location
This house is located on the right bank of the Grau du Roi, an emblematic place of identity marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. A great place to live within walking distance of all amenities and the beach.
Only 100 m from the beach, it is an ideal place for your holiday.

Boucanet du Grau du Roi beach is located to the west of the city centre. This beach extends from La Grande Motte to the beach on the right bank, about 3 km of sand. There are two supervised areas on this beach. One before the CHU du Grau du Roi coming from La Grande Motte, near the Boucanet pine forest and the other on Boulevard Jean Bastide. Only the first area is labeled Handiplage.
The general environment of this beach is nice with some small dunes and a nice width of sand.
Ideal beach with children because the swimming is gentle slope. One has very far foot. Note that there are also several private beaches with mattress rentals nearby.

Un séjour parfait dans une maison idéale, merci à l'agence !

J'ai personnellement loué la maison des Sauges pour mon fils et ses amis, et tous ont passé un séjour absolument parfait ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue, au calme, tout en étant à deux pas de la plage, ce qui est un vrai luxe. Ils ont pu profiter pleinement de leur séjour sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Un grand merci à l'agence Grand Sud Immobilier pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Tout était simple, clair et bien organisé du début à la fin. Je recommande cette maison sans hésitation, que ce soit pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Convient pour séjour court en pleine saison

La maison (un peu vieillote) nécessite quelques aménagements. Nous en avons remis la liste à l'agence qui, entre parenthèses, s'est pliée en quatre pour nous satisfaire. Mesdames, bravo pour votre réactivité et votre dévouement, merci.

une vraie maison avec une courre intérieure très agréable . Maison très bien équipée . Tout peut êtr fait à pied moyennant 15 mns de marche ( plage , commerces .. ) . Escapade à la grande motte

Cette location est confortable pour une petite famille de 4 personnes. L’agencement est un peu rustique , la cuisine a tout le nécessaire. Le coin de douche au rdc reste à désirer. La sdb à l’étage est bien.

Une petite maison très agréable à vivre

C'est une maison située dans un quartier calme en cette saison mais proche des plages et pas très éloignée du Centre-ville. C'est spacieux et la cour est close de murs et bien exposée. La literie est bonne (malgré des oreillers bien fermes).

Super week end de noel en famille !!! La météo nous a permis d’aller marcher en bord de mer Le logement a à look vintage mais très est agréable et chaleureux. Le couchage confortable et propre. On a juste eu un petit problème dans la cuisine avec l évier bouché. Rapport qualité prix rien à dire je recommande 😊

leider war das gemietete Haus ziemlich schmutzig, unter der Küchenspüle ist das Wasser in zwei Schüsseln aufgefangen worden das vom Wasserhahn lief. Ein bekannter Schaden. Die Fronten der Kücheneinrichtung waren klebrig vom Öldampf, da sich keine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche befindet. Der Herd versifft. Die Küche und die angrenzende Toilette mit Dusche haben nach Schimmel gerochen, aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche kam ein modriger, übelriechender Geruch. Im angrenzenden Wohnzimmer lagen noch zerbrochene Spaghetti unter einem Sofa, darauf ein kaputtes Möbelstück. Die Fernbedienungen waren klebrig, das Sofa das man benutzen konnte, hatte Flecken. Die einzigen angenehmen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten waren die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer im 1. Stock. Der Stühle im Freisitz hatten keine Stuhlkissen, was bei Plastikstühlen sehr unangenehm ist. Wir kamen am Dienstag an, am Mittwoch war ich in der Agentur vor Ort. Man hat sich die Probleme angehört und Behebung versprochen. Es musste ein Handwerker kommen. Also mussten wir in der Nähe sein, falls der Anruf der Agentur kommt. Nachmittags wurde der Handwerker für den nächsten Tag 11.00 Uhr angekündigt. Wegen der verschmutzten Wohnung wurden wir abgebügelt und es wurden Bilder von nach der Reinigung geschickt, wann immer die auch war. Wir haben nur Kaffee mit unserer eigenen Kanne gekocht, alles andere war zu ekelig. Übrigens, der Handwerker musste den Schlauch der Armatur austauschen weil der sehr viele Löcher hatte.
