currently accepting applications for winter/spring 23/24. Nov-apr.
monthly rent 1600.00. includes water.trash.sewer.internet.plowing.
elec and propane addl. credit ck and sec dep req.

Most of our home was built in 1920. Since then, a huge downstairs master bedroom was added next to a full bath and a deck was built with a view of the Rock Island Lighthouse.
New gas boiler installed last winter.

In the upstairs front bedroom, one can lie in bed and watch the Saint Lawrence River go by. Ships are almost close enough to touch in this area of Fineview, NY.

Also upstairs is a cute 3rd bedroom and a fully remodeled full bath with shower.

The glassed-in, screened front porch is lovely and has limited views of the river between houses across the street.

Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and the promise of lazy days awaits you.

***This cottage is located just outside of Thousand Island Park. It is 1/4m from it.

This was a spacious base for our family reunion in the Thousand Islands. Good to have washing machine and dryer as we rented for three weeks. Interesting to see the tankers on the river.

Perfect stay in Fineview!

Lovely cottage. Lots of comfortable sleeping space. Pristine condition. Just one mile from Thousand Island Park. Seamless process with great “hosts”. Will definitely rebook for extended family!

Cute cottage

A quaint older cottage, with quirky details. Met all our needs. Owners were very prompt and attentive with the few things that needed attention. It was what we expected. Bring bottled water as the property has well water.

Really nice place

Nice cottage. We had a short stay and the owner was very accommodating. Didn’t get a chance to tour the island but it is real close to access of the 1000 island bridge.

everything was great....location, cleanliness, amenities, and very comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay! Very easy to find and the location was excellent. The house was very clean and well furnished....We enjoyed relaxing in the house after a long day on the river! We would definitely recommend this property!

We all had a great time. For our stay the weather was extra warm & humid (90+) ; which made the inside even warmer. No A/C, just fans to move the air around. Fished all day & cooked out at night.

A Great House with Lots of Space

We stayed here for my cousin's wedding. Though it isn't in the park, it's an easy, tiny drive there. This house has so much space! I liked that there was 2 dining room tables since we had 7 people. The big downstairs bedroom was lovely. There are so many windows that it's bright and airy. But the biggest bright spot was the owners. They were welcoming, accommodating, and quick to help. We would highly recommend this house.

We're John and Susan Andersen, owners of Wellesley Island Property Services. John has been coming to Thousand Island Park since his birth over 60 years ago. Susan's been here since 1997. We love the island, particularly the Fineview area. We became year-round residents (transplanted from Virginia) in 2019.
