- a reception room with a comfortable pull-out couch for 2 people, a coffee table, an arm chair, a dining table for 4 people, a TV and internet/wifi
- an american kitchen fully equipped, with an oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, hobs, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the necessary to cook

Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a cupboard, a chest of drawers, a desk and a wide mirror
- a shower room with a basin, a small storage cabinet, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and WC

Apartment equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

All linen is supplied (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

The flat itself is very nice - right in the centre of town off one of the main streets but, with it being on the 4th floor, it's also surprising quiet at night. The main centre of Bordeaux was within easy walking distance...for those things that were further out (including the airport), there were several tram lines within a few minutes walk, too. Just be careful of the costs quoted for this flat. Firstly, city taxes aren't included. Also, if you check out on a Sunday there is an extra 30 Euro charge - in this day and age that it simply ridiculous. So between the city taxes and the Sunday check out charge, that's 70 Euros extra that we had to pay that is not in the Expedia listing.

Le confort en plein centre de Bordeaux

Très bel appartement idéalement situé en plein coeur de Bordeaux. Calme, confortable, spatieux, vraiment pratique pour profiter de la découverte de la ville car on peut y revenir pour faire une halte pour se reposer avant de repartir car il est situé au centre des attractions de la ville. La literie est top, le canapé lit aussi. Internet télévision dans la chambre et le salon, kitchenette fonctionnelle, luminosité etc.. Il ne manque qu'une place de parking (30€ par jour mais le loueur peut vous la trouver moitié moins si vous le lui demandez, c'est plus économique), le quartier est piéton, prévoir des valises à roulettes si beaucoup de bagages. Pour sûr, c'est vraiment une bonne location que je ne regrette pas, tous les commerces sont au bas de l'immeuble. Merci Kareen et Arnaud.

A lovely apartment right in the heart of the shopping centre.

We had a lovely few days in Bordeaux. The apartment is spacious and in a brilliant location for seeing the city and eating out.

céntrico y bien situado. Ideal para pasar unos días en burdeos

La atención de la persona que nos entregó las llaves a nuestra llegada fue excepcional, muy amable. El apartamento es cómodo y sobre todo céntrico. Agradable estancia.

Rien de mieux pour visiter Bordeaux!

Bel appartement bien situé, Tout y est. Le tout Bordeaux à nos pieds. Les moyens de transport sont accessibles malgré que Bordeaux est une Ville piétonnière. En ce qui a trait au personnel de l'agence immobilière, il est accueillant, disponible et prend plaisir à nous expliquer les charmes de la ville. Merci Kim pour ton bel accueil. Sylvie et Normand
