In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park and 20 minutes from Lake Amance in Dienville, come stay in this charming townhouse, ideally located with shops, amenities, a market, and a train station right nearby. It’s the perfect location for exploring everything on foot. On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with a sitting area, dining area, and an open-concept fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, you’ll find a double bedroom (140x190 bed + travel crib) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the second floor, there’s a charming triple attic bedroom (3 beds, 90x190). Free public parking is available right outside the house. There is a small private courtyard with patio furniture and a barbecue. The beds will be made upon your arrival; towels and linens will be provided; and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of your stay. Heating and electricity are charged separately (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure). The owners, who are winemakers, will be happy to offer you a tasting of their Champagne (details available on-site).
