Newly remodeled home with beautiful views of Lake Keowee. Ideal for families. Located off of Keowee School Road within 7 miles of High Falls Park & boat landing and 5 miles to Cane Creek boat landing for easy convenience to get your boat in water. Please note that there is no lake access from property.
Spacious Kitchen with island bar & nook with seating for 8, great space to create family meals.
3 Bedroom, 2 bath home. Master bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom is a fun bunk room that sleeps 4. Additional bathroom is in the hallway.
Living room with couch, recliner & 55 inch smart tv, wifi included.
Spacious family room with over sized couch, game table, and dart board which leads to large covered back porch with dining table and plenty of seating.
House sits on 1 acre lot in quiet & friendly neighborhood with plenty of shade trees.
Plan a football weekend, Clemson is 20 minutes away. Plenty to do in Oconee County - hiking, waterfalls, boating, explore Stump House tunnel, shopping in downtown Seneca, visit Ram Cat Alley for the best shopping and dining.
You can park your boat/trailer on property. Exterior video camera present. No pets.

Family weekend

The property is exactly as it looks on the listing. It is on a dead end, one house off the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, which is always a plus. The only comment I would make is that we planned to cook. The kitchen could use a baking sheet and maybe leave some of the past guests extras, like sugar, flour, aluminum foil type stuff. Otherwise the guests need to purchase full size of everything and make multiple trips to the store. All in all we would stay again, I am only mentioning this as a heads up

Junior year move in

The house was immaculate with a beautiful view of lake from the back of the house . The hosts were incredibly accommodating letting us check in early and check out late . After moving our twins in it was so nice to have a beautiful place to come back to and unwind on the beautiful deck area . It’s a beautiful rental .

The Dawson Family

We came to vacation with our family who have a place up in Seneca near this home. The home had been beautifully renovated. Loved everything about this home. We could all eat at the kitchen island which had a gorgeous wooden counter. It was perfect for us and would love to stay here again. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate with us we still had a blast. Quiet area beautiful yard. Thank you so much to the Owner Torri for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The Dawson

Clemson graduation weekend

Our daughter graduated this weekend. Was. A great property to gather together. Lake view was beautiful. Property with all the shiplap reminded me of Joanna Gaines. Very well decorated. We all enjoyed being here.
