This is a new 2 Bedroom Home on Lake Keowee with Lake Access via our private dock! Bring your boat and enjoy all that the Upstate offers. We offer a master suite on both levels of the home. The couch in the living room also has a pull out bed. We have a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill area on the back patio. We offer a concrete walkway down to the water where you can keep a boat on our dock during your stay. Just 15 minutes from Seneca, under 30 minutes to Clemson, an hour from the mountain towns (Highlands & Cashiers), and much more. (If you intend to bring your dog, prior notification and fees apply.)

Everything was just as described. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable couch and bed. Owners live just outside on other side of driveway and we barely knew they were there. Peaceful getaway

Beautiful Cottage

Very well appointed cottage on a quiet part of Lake Keowee. We enjoyed our stay there very much. You don't really have a view of the lake from the cottage, but you do have access to their dock which has beautiful views. We love the quiet of the area and the gas fireplace was great on the crisp cool nights!

Charming Lake Cottage…the perfect get away

The property was beautiful. On a quiet cove, with a great boat dock. Lots of water activities…from fishing rods, to paddle boarding, to kayaking. The cottage had everything you needed. We played in the lake all day and cooked dinner and relaxed in the evening. It was the perfect get away for our family!

Great Lake weekend!

We really enjoyed this property. We love to take a summer lake trip and fish each year, and this property was perfect for that with lake access and a dock. The walk down to the dock was much less steep than other properties we have stayed at in the past, and we loved that we were in a no wake zone. The home is full of sweet little touches and was fully equipped for a great family getaway. We would definitely stay again!

Pre-memorial day getaway

We truly enjoyed our getaway at the Keowee Cottage. The cottage was very clean and the area quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed access to Lake Keowee and being able to use the hosts paddleboard and two person kayak. Everything in the cottage was well appointed and comfortable. We would highly recommend cottage to anyone looking to enjoy a sampling of lake on one of South Carolina’s premier lakes. We are looking forward to returning to this oasis by the lake in the future.

Great place to stay for Clemson Graduation

We came for 3 days to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and wanted a place with more room than the usual hotel stay. This was perfect! We had plenty of room and the house was very cozy. It had everything we needed and more! It was an easy 30 min or less drive to Clemson. Definitely recommend this great house.

wonderful stay

The property was absolutely sparkling clean and everything needed was there. A great place to stay Only drawback was it was on a steep hill but once you learned to navigate it, the property was a gem. Did not use all the amenities but imagine all was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. Five star rating.

The cottage was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. The bottle of bubbly was a very nice touch. We are already talking about making this trip an annual getaway at the Keowee Cottage.

Beautiful, well equipped cottage with acess to dock and close to beautiful mountain roads!

We loved this cottage! Stocked with everything we needed, comfortable bed and linens, very quiet cul-de-sac that is actually close to our favorite mountain roads and the fireplace was awesome! We got an immediate response from the owner when we locked ourselves out- and were back in immediately! We look forward to coming back with our boat in warmer weather!!

Best little lake get away!

My husband, 7 year old son, & I stayed at the lake cottage over Labor Day weekend & had the best time. The cottage was immaculately clean, was very cozy, & had several amenities. I’m used to brining toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, & laundry detergent etc. on vacation but this cottage was well stocked with these items & more. The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet location & very relaxing. We brought our boat & had no issues tying up to the dock. My son wants to come back. We loved our stay & are planning to come back again next year.

Lakeside Cottage Dreams

From the beginning, communication with the owner was fantastic, quick to respond and answer my many questions. Upon arrival the cottage structure itself exceeded expectations and the interior was everything we could have hoped for. The perfect amount of space for us and our 2 senior fur babies. Everything is CLEAN and organized and the home is stocked with literally every convenience from kitchen supplies (cooking cleaning), to laundry essentials and bathroom toiletries. There was even a welcome bottle of prosecco in the fridge! Lake towels and bath towels were also available for our use along with a 'beach' cart and coolers. I do have to note that this is a cottage on the owners property and that the view of the lake is 90% blocked by their beautiful home. The pathway down to the lake is beautiful once you round the side of the main house and the view is stunning! The hill is a doozie though and I would HIGHLY recommend getting a golf cart or bringing your own. Unless you're in great shape or an avid hiker, making the trip up is equivalent to a few flight of stairs and the incline is steep. Great exercise and I lost 5lbs in 3 days making that trek once or twice a day. The dock is great for fishing and lounging with all the non motorized accessories available for our use - paddle boards, kayaks, SUP boards, and a swim pad. Also, the storage box is filled with life jackets, etc. From start to finish this short getaway was everything we needed!

Birthday get away for Girlfriend

They get 5 stars all around. They were fast to respond to any problems or questions. The property itself was beautiful and very clean. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart the walk up the hill was not fun. Only thing we had any problems with was sitting in the living room and there was only a 3 seat couch. Only complaint I had though. Everything else was great and very clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!
