Stunning detached villa of approximately 400 m² that sleeps up to 18 people, air-conditioned, featuring 9 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a private L-shaped pool with a minimum depth of 1.20m and a maximum depth of 2.50m, a bocce court, outdoor furniture, and a ping-pong table available for use.
The house consists of three units, each with a living room and dining room, three kitchens, and nine bedrooms—each with an en suite bathroom (one of which includes a toilet)—as well as five separate toilets. The kitchens are equipped with electric ovens and microwaves, refrigerators and electric stovetops, dishwashers, and enough dishes to serve 6, 12, or 18 people. Rentals for 6 people are not available during peak season (July and August).
Outside, you can relax on the covered or open-air terraces, in the shaded garden seating area, on the lounge chairs, hammocks, or sun loungers by the pool, play pétanque, or play ping pong. Linens and towels are provided; the bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, and a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also at your disposal. Located in the heart of the countryside near the vineyards, the town center is a two-minute drive away. Ample outdoor parking is available, and the house is fully air-conditioned.
