Le clos Charmarin, between city center and countryside


In Besançon, large property in a 2.5 ha park, last house in a cul-de-sac with a view of the fields and the Doubs. You will be seduced by the place, its environment, its calm and its facilities. This former grant house (15th century) completely renovated with modern annexes can comfortably accommodate 15 people, with many spaces: large living room, dining room, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms and a large mezzanine, a veranda, 2 large terraces , a small swimming pool (3x4m) with direct access and a private tennis court.
Located 5 minutes from Besançon, it is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends, and take advantage of the places to rest or to discover the city and the region.;
Walk or bike ride from the house (bike route at the foot of the house), tennis, badminton or even fishing (the Doubs is 100 m away, with private access).

Great home

We had a great stay here! The owner is so nice and welcoming! If back in area we would definitely book again. Our children so enjoyed feeding the horses carrots and petting the cows at the end of the road. There just wasn't enough time to enjoy the kayaks on the river. It's a great home! Thank you!

Très belle maison où tout y est, fabuleux!

Bon accueil des propriétaires, équipement et vaisselle au complet, les chambres et literies au top. Et puis vélos, kayak, tennis, le méga bbq, rien à redire! On reviendra très probablement.

Schönes Familientreffen in diesem großen Haus in Hanglage mit großem Garten und eigenem Zugang zum Fluss. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten und auch Stadtbesichtigung.

Vi var 2 familier afsted, 10 i alt i alderen 10-49. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie. Vi siger tusinde tak fordi vi måtte leje Jeres hus :) Rigtig god kommunikation og hurtig svar på spørgsmål. God hjælp til udflugtsmål. Vi stor nød udsigten fra den store terrasse, hvor maden uforstyrret kunne nydes. Stisystemer i området perfekt til løb, træning og vandreture. Vi cyklede flere ture til Besancon. Vi havde rigtig god nytte af alle de gode aktivitets muligheder på stedet bla. cykler, kanoer, tennisbane, pool.

Un endroit magnifique

Magique !

Un endroit magique qui nous a complètement séduit. Nous avons passé 3 jours fantastiques, presque hors du temps. Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis, avec beaucoup de place pour nos ados qui ont largement profité des lieux ! Dommage de la pluie qui ne nous a pas permis de tester le tennis, mais nous avons quand même profité des terrasses (vue incroyable ! ) et fait le plein de balades. Nous reviendrons !
