The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bénodet, this charming apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with a double sofa bed, TV, a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), overlooking a small courtyard
- A bathroom with shower, WC

Outside :
- A 16 m² terrace with barbecue and furniture (table, chairs, sun lounger, parasol) to enjoy the sunny days, which is not fully fenced.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be right next to a bakery and a shopping center at 100 meters on foot. Market on Monday morning.

10 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls.
The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénan archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the open sea.
