L'Ile Mystérieuse - Studio avec Terrasse

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Amiens, this charming studio redone at the beginning of 2023 of a surface of 17 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room with a bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The apartment, crossing from West to East, is composed as follows
- A living room with TV (Orange and OCS bouquet), Wifi (optical fiber), double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² with furniture (plancha, table and chairs) to enjoy the beautiful days.

The studio is ideally located in Amiens, close to the city center, the universities and the CHU, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Come and discover the House of Jules Vernes but also Notre-Dame d'Amiens, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world.
- Let yourself slide into a floating world: The hortillonnages.
- The lively city center of Amiens will bring you all the shops you need and you can stroll in the Saint-Leu district while tasting the Macaroons of Amiens.
- A bike place is available for the more sporty or those who want to ride in the hortillonnages, the city center of Amiens, the ballad of the 3 castles, the valley of Boves or the valley of Somme.

Transportation :
- You can park for free near the accommodation.
- Bus : The N2 bus at the foot of the apartment will take you to the CHU, the universities, the main train station and the city center in 10 minutes.
- Nearest train station: Amiens located at about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais located about 40 minutes away by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- For more security, the entrance of the building is equipped with a camera.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
