AMARINE residence in the heart of a calm and relaxing environment. Apartment (1st floor without lift) with large covered terrace for 4 people. Communal swimming pool heated to 28° (between April 15 and October 15) and common petanque ground. Common air parking. Classified 2* in 2022.

Entrance with cupboards. Kitchen (3.69x2.20) separated from the living room by a glass roof: fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Living room/living room (3x4.33) with TV and sofa opening onto the large covered terrace facing East.
Bedroom 1 with window: 2 bunk beds.
Bedroom 2 with window: 1 bed 160x200.
Suspended toilets. Bathroom (1.80x1.85): sink, bath and heated towel rail.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of a calm and relaxing environment. Communal swimming pool heated to 28°. Close to the town center and the Capbreton market. Ideal for a family. Household linen not included. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Endroit calme et paisible

Superbe appartement, très propre (neuf). Endroit calme et paisible. Seul manque: climatisation ou ventilateur suite à ces fortes températures. Mais très bon produit
