Perched on the heights of Pietrosella, just 5 minutes from the beaches and local shops, Villa GAIA is set on a 20,500 sq. ft. plot, offering an exceptional setting for its guests. This modern villa, spanning 2,900 sq. ft. over two levels, boasts bright, spacious interiors and contemporary decor.
It features 5 suites, each with en-suite bathrooms, 4 of which include walk-in closets and new King-size beds. One bedroom is furnished with a 90 cm single bed. The expansive living area and open-plan kitchen lead out to a terrace with a pool, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Isolella Peninsula. A second terrace allows guests to enjoy both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. At the back of the villa, a pétanque court adds a touch of leisurely charm to this peaceful retreat.
