- well soundproofed, apartment renovated in January.

-3rd floor with elevator, in the Pradets residence (Bat. C)

- Quiet and secure residence (digicode), with parking.

At the foot of the funicular, ideally located: 300m from the thermal baths and 100m from the ski shuttles. 100m from the shops, ice rink, bowling alley, tourist office... Thermal shuttles at the foot of the residence.

Collective ski room.

It consists of:

- Bathroom with large shower, toilet, hairdryer.

- spacious bedroom with 140 *190 beds, large closet, bolsters, pillows, duvets.

- large living room: BZ convertible bed 140, TV 80cm, table, 4 chairs ...

- open kitchen: oven, hob, hood, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue set, raclette set.

Iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner.

BB equipment available: new travel cot, high chair. Children's games. Possibility to play films on USB key on TV living room and bedroom.

1 snow sledge shovel on the balcony.

Superbe appartement, très fonctionnel, agréable. Il faudrait juste préciser sur le descriptif qu'il est équipé d'un lave vaisselle et d'une cafetière électrique à filtre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé et bien équipé. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne qui gère l’arrivée et le départ est tres sympathique et agréable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Séjour Mont Dore

Très bon emplacement de location sur le Mont Dore !!!! Une semaine sans prendre la voiture , départ des randonnées depuis le mont dore et déplacement en ville ( courses et restaurant ) très proche de la location . Séjour très agréable .... dommage que le mauvais temps se soit invité en fin de semaine !!!! c' est le risque de partir en septembre .....
