The space
250 m2 interior and an 8 m high loft, just look at the photos to understand that you are enjoying a comfortable and exceptional place. Your stay will be enchanting whatever the weather.

If the weather is nice, it will be a walk in the forest or on the banks of the Loir, cycling, canoeing (the Loir is 300m away), petanque, table tennis, a small tennis court (boules, rackets and balls are available) and pool not heated due to world news for a weekend. The deckchairs, hammock allow you to take a break too.
A fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen allows you to make the most of the garden or the vast courtyard for meals.

If the weather is more uncertain, the size of the loft, its comfort and the decoration will allow you to spend a very very pleasant moment, a fire will welcome you (with a supply of wood for the stay), ultra-equipped kitchen with a stove 5 fires and large oven, Nespresso coffee maker with a few capsules..., dishwasher, blender, all the necessary equipment for 15 people.

And so that the stay is really idle, sheets and towels and foutas for swimming are provided, the beds will be made. You can travel light...

On the Weekend side, you are at the center of 200 hectares of greenery.
On the work side, you are 10 minutes from the Angers Exhibition Center, 5 minutes from Marcé Airport, 20 minutes from Angers.
Other things to note
the swimming pool is reserved for Airbnb tenants.
The park of about 1 hectare also welcomes Hubert, the caretaker, nobody could be more discreet.
Our place is non-smoking. There is an adjoining courtyard with braziers which welcomes smokers.
Our place certainly welcomes a large number of travelers. however, as specified in the rules of procedure that we ask you to respect, we refuse parties and music outside.
