Cocoonr offers you this charming, single-storey, 90 m², 2-star-rated house to rent in Noyers-sur-Cher, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- An 18 m² living room with TV, sofa, Bluetooth speaker and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A cellar
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: BZ sofa bed (140×190).
- Shower room with walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 1,000 m², you will find a swing and a trampoline.
- A terrace at the rear of the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Noyers-sur-Cher on the Blois - Saint Aignan road, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting with no onlookers. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Activities :
- Visit the Beauval ZooPark 10 minutes away.
- Equestrian centre with horse or pony rides 5 minutes away.
- Visit to the châteaux of the Loire Valley.
- Saint-Aignan municipal swimming pool 5 minutes away.
- Canoeing, pedalos and paddle at Saint-Aignan.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house or in the courtyard (5 vehicles maximum).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Aignan - Noyers station, about 10 minutes' walk away.
- Nearest airport: Tours - Val de Loire airport, about 49 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Towels and tea towels provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition, clean and put away all crockery and household appliances after use.
