New 80 m² apartment with garden, quiet, walking distance to port, stadiums and shops

We offer an apartment for rent on the first floor of our house, in which your small pets are welcome.
Located near the port of Vannes (5/10 min walk) and the stadium of La Rabine (5 min walk), this new apartment of 80 m² is totally independent and quiet, the rooms are on the garden side.
Shops are in the immediate vicinity: bakery-pastry shop, butcher's, mini-market, pharmacy.
On one level, this very bright accommodation, facing south, consists of:
- A living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, Tassimo coffee maker & filter, kettle, toaster). The sofa in the living room is convertible.
You will have at your disposal fiber in wifi and network, a computer and an Apple TV 4k.
- Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha
- A separate toilet with washbasin
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, two sinks, hairdryer.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200) and a storage wardrobe
The booking includes the following services: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Free street or private parking, loan of adult bikes, travel cot and high chair.
We accept bookings from two consecutive nights and will be happy to welcome you from 4pm (we prefer a personal welcome but can use a key box if necessary) and until 11am on the day of your departure.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. The hosts were lovely and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very well kitted out and well situated, only a short walking distance to the town centre.

The apartment is spacious, modern, very well equipped with private off street parking. It is located in a very quiet street and has outside space. It is a short walk to the boulangerie, supermarket and the town centre. We had our car and did day trips to beaches and towns which were all within an hour's drive. Emmanuelle and Erik were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Perfection

Superb and convenient

Exceeded our expectations

We visited the medieval city and the remote beach at Quiberon, ate excellent seafood and were well cared for by our generous hosts Eric and Emmanuelle. The apartment was immaculate and very well appointed. We only wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Parfait emplacement à 15 mn du port à pied. Au bout de la rue, boulangerie, boucher traiteur, librairie, pharmacie et même un carrefour city un peu plus loin. Rez de maison de plein pied (juste 3 petites marches du perron) avec terrasse jardin partagée avec les propriétaires. Logement neuf et très bien équipé, lit confortable (machine à café Tassimo et classique filtre, divers appareils de cuisine, fond d'épicerie etc...), propriétaires charmants et très accueillants, nous reviendrons

One of the best places we’ve stayed in France very comfortable and spacious, attached to owners house but very private and not overlooked with your own private garden space. Only 10-15 mins to port or old town.

Es war die schönste Wohnung unserer fünfwöchigen Bretagnereise. Die Einrichtung war sehr edel und geschmackvoll, es hat an nichts gefehlt.Und als Highlight der warmherzige Empfang durch Emmanuelle und Eric.Es war alles perfekt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Une location fortement recommandée les yeux fermés.Un grand merci à Emmanuelle et Eric pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour cette location en tous points parfaite. A proximité du centre ville, très au calme, cette maison est en tous points conforme à l'annonce, d'une grande luminosité en liaison directe sur l'extérieur, avec de beaux espaces et chaleureusement décorée, on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soiUn hâvre de paix que l'on quitte à regret pour mieux revenir...Merci à vous deux...

Sejour grand confort a Vannes

L'appartement indépendant en rez de jardin a été un vrai avec sa terrasse et son joli jardin pour y faire la chasse aux chocolats de pâques. Il est spacieux, propre, moderne et très proche du port et du centre. Les hotes sont très accueillants. Parfait

Superbe séjour à Vannes

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Vannes à pied. L’accueil d’Emmanuelle et Éric est chaleureuse et bienveillante. Un grand merci à Emmanuelle et Éric pour leur accueil dans cet appartement avec terrasse et jardin. Tout était parfait, propreté, confort, décoration cosy avec des matériaux et équipements de qualité. À disposition épicerie / produits ménagers et des petites attentions locales fort sympathiques.
