Natura - En pleine nature, proche Disneyland

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Montry, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open kitchen equipped, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 800 m². Sheets included, towels not provided, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m² with flat screen TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- Bedroom 1 : two single beds (90).
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 800 m².
- A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Montry, in a very pleasant environment within a green setting. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, Disney Land Paris...

Activities :
- Disney Land Paris.
- Accrobranche.
- Horseback riding, fishing, walking in the woods.
- Kayaking on the Morin river and hiking in the Morin valley. Nautical activity on the Marne.
- Visit to Meaux: forming factories, Great War Museum.
- Gaumont cinema at Disney Village and VOST cinema at Val d'Europe.
- Asterix Park at 40 minutes by car.

Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly on the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
- Disney Land Paris : located at about 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport.
- Nearest train station: Montry-Condé at 10 minutes by foot.
- Nearest airport: Paris Charles de Gaulle located at about 34 minutes by car.

- Sheets included.
- Towels not provided.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, up to a maximum of two. For a supplement of 15€/stay and per animal. Please specify when booking.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the indicated times are subject to availability. An additional fee may be requested.

Clean Property, friendly and uncomplicated reception. Location calm slighlty off pist. Travelling with dogs, we slept there to visit Disneyland, worked out very well.

The house is currently uninhabitable

Unfortunately, a flood in the last few days has made the house uninhabitable. I wish the family lots of strength in the coming days.

Natura If you want to stay somewhere quiet and very comfortable within easy reach of Disney then this is the place. We stayed here with my family of 5 adults for 4 nights and it fitted our requirements perfectly. Lovely little places nearby to eat and the tranquil surroundings make sitting outside with a glass of wine looking at the sun going down a dream.

Natura "Pros: - very quiet area - great heating system - great shower with inclosure cabin - great Wifi and phone signal - lots of storage in all rooms - spacious - comfy beds - parking for 2 vehicles - 70"" flat screen smart TV - plenty utensils for cooking Cons: -mould and dampness formed behind wardrobes, causing a musty smell around the accommodation - no plug for bath (having a young child who doesn't do well with shower hoses was stressful for us) - pad for spray mop wasn't fresh and no replacement pad (not great for winter when there is wet ground) - poor ventilation caused clothes to become damp in bedrooms (windows were opened fully each day for 10 minutes to let moisture escape) If the bath had a plug and there was no mould forming on the wardrobes and drawers, then this accommodation would be excellent."

Natura "Lovely out of the city retreat yet only 15 minutes from Disneyland and 65 minutes from the notre dame cathedral. 🙂 It’s tucked away at the end of a quiet country lane and surrounded by trees. The only disturbance is the neighbours dogs barking if another dog walks past. It’s very spacious and it has 3 bedrooms perfect for the two opposite gender teenagers. There’s an outdoor plug socket for electric vehicle charging. 🙁 There were no extra blankets or towels. There was only enough toilet roll for a short stay. There was no kitchen roll, no kitchen hand wash. No tea towel to dry dishes. There was water on the floor presumably from the exceptionally heavy rain whilst we were there."

Nettes Ferienhaus

Sehr hilfsbereite, nette Vermieterin, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Anbindung an den ÖPNV am Wochenende nach Paris eingeschränkt. Wir sind dann mit dem Auto nach Val d'Europe gefahren und konnten dort gratis parken.

Perfekte Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Enkelkindern in dem Haus, um Disney Paris zu besuchen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und großzügig angelegt. Zum Disneyland waren es nur 15 Minuten. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgerüstet, es fehlte an nichts, sogar Ventilatoren sind vorhanden. Unsere Kinder haben die gute Internetverbindung genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war über Whatsapp ausgezeichnet.

Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de manquer de quoi que ce soit tellement elle était réactive et prévoyante. Et puis d'une générosité incomparable, toujours avec le sourire et la joie de vivre. Natura Loved the stay, and the host was very nice and responsive. The house was very clean and had appliances and access to pretty much everything we needed. Location is far from Paris but super close to Disney. The bathroom rain shower head is AMAZING! Definitely would recommend.

Natura "We were greeted by the host who was friendly and although did not speak English was accommodating. The kitchen and living room areas are lovely and all rooms are a generous size. Some great high end finish’s and features. There were a couple things that let it down however, - the garden is unkept and over grown - the neighbours clutter is visible from the house and can only be described as a scrap yard - there were ants in the kitchen by the sink area -tv set to French only - the drains in the kitchen smelled so had to leave plugs in - the space itself had a strong smell as you walked in, no matter how much we aired it we always had this smell. We even used air freshener we purchased and it never went - the mattresses still had their plastic covers on them which I spoke to host about and she got rid on our leaving day - the smaller shower door was damaged and coming off it’s rails - decking boards need fastening This could be an amazing place if these issues were rectified."

Natura "Disapointed and nearly ruined our Disney experience as we were so tired from the noise throughout the night. 🙂 close to Disney, 15 Minute Drive 🙁 Smell of Cigarettes throughout, linen on bed smelt musty. Drains smelt bad. The Owners appeared to be staying in Caravans next door and had a party with music playing until late at night. Then their Dogs could be heard crying and barking all night so we had little sleep. No smoke alarms at all which made us very concerned. We came home a night early as our Sons Asthmatic and he was coughing all night. could have been the smoke that set his symptoms off. Only positive was the location was close to Disney."

Natura "Highly recommend! We loved our stay. Our family ( 2 adults and 2 toddlers) stayed here for 3 nights. We loved the house and the location. The children played all day in the fenced in yard while we relaxed on the front deck. Very beautiful and natural surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful. Location is only a 15 min drive to the Disney Land parking lot or A train station into downtown Paris. We will be recommending this location to our friends that plan to visit Paris or Disney."
