Our unit is located on the 4th floor and has stunning views of the Intra-Coastal Waterway and the tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Direct access to the white sandy beach is straight across the street. The heated pool is just below your balcony with a spectacular view of Boca Ciega Bay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and extras the host provided. We loved the beach themed artwork and decor. The view of the inlet from the balcony was a great way to watch the sunrise and relax during the day and at night. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There is a short walk to the beach (with chairs and umbrella provided!) and a swimming pool on the property. Communication with the host was prompt and appreciated.

Thank you for bay sunrises and gulf sunsets; enough in-house and beach toys to keep the kids entertained, and a practically appointed kitchen.

Sometimes parking was a little bit of a problem. I think others park in the lot. Also in the description, it says you will get a code for the unit door after your final payment, but you don't get it until 24 hours out. That is fine but it should say that. I panicked thinking I didn't get the email. Luckily the owner responded pretty quickly. Nice stay and a nice unit.

Great Place!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the intercoastal, and a short easy walk to the beach. The owners are very easy to communicate with any questions.
