Quietly situated in an upscale Burnaby neighborhood, this boho chic pad is just a minute drive to all amenities, conveniences, and the main highway (hwy 1). Our neighborhood is surrounded by nature and parks and scenic Burnaby Mountain is just a 5 minute drive away.

30min drive from YVR AIrport.

Wifi and Netflix is conveniently available and free for you to use.
Private en-suite washer and dryer for laundry.


Our place is great for small families and couples. We are about a 30 min drive from the airport. We do live on the upper floor and the guest suite is located on the lower level.

Our home is not suitable for any parties or events and it will not be tolerated so please do not book if that is your intention.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:
- We have children upstairs that are awake from 8am-8pm most days, if normal family household sounds bother you this may not be a good choice.
- We have a quiet tenant in a separate private suite next door.

We are quick to respond to anything you may need during your stay.

The prestigious Caribou heights neighborhood is famous for its tranquility and closeness to nature and wildilfe.

We are a 2 minute drive from the Lougheed Skytrain station and 30 mins from YVR airport. We are right off hwy exit Gaglardi way for easy travel throughout the GVA.

This is a basement suite of a family home. If you are easily bothered by normal home sounds this may not be the right fit for you. The value pricing reflects this :)
A security deposit of CAD 300 will be held on your credit card used to book as a deposit for potential damages incurred on the property during your stay.
Note that we will start this credit card hold 2 days prior to your checkout and this sum of CAD 300 will be in our custody for a period of 7 days, subject to damages done or not, we will either charge you or release the money back at the end of the 7 day hold period.
