2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and kitchen, ground floor garden suite with 2-3 steps to the entrance. (Note: This property has no wheelchair accessible)

Private unit contains with private entrance. Bedroom#1, bedroom#2(Living/Flex Room) and kitchen.

Bedroom#1: 1 Queen size bed

Bedroom#2: This is a Flex room for living area with a comfortable Double bed, plus a easy setup full size Sofa-bed (just pull out) as a third bed if needed. Extra bedding, blankets and sheets provided in the sofa compartment.

Very nice and comfortable

The room was very clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable and I slept well.The kitchen was fully equipped with all items, and the owner had also prepared snacks, water, and coffee/tea for me on the day of arrival. During my stay, strong winds caused a major power outage in the Vancouver area, but the owner immediately provided me with lanterns and other supplies and I was able to stay safe. The owner is truly hospitable and I strongly hope to stay at their home again next time.

Very nice VRBO. Very clean, spacious. Nice beds and all the kitchen appliances we needed. Host was outstanding, very warm & welcoming. Nice shower and bathroom. Good TV in the living room. Will definitely want to stay here again.

The space was very clean, warm, cozy. Everything we needed was already provided (kitchen utensils, house slippers, bathroom items etc). The hosts were very friendly and responded to my messages quickly. I really appreciated the snacks and banana bread provided. The location is perfect, close to everything. Overall 10/10 I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The suite was very nice and sits on a lovely property. There was ample room for 2 people. It was easy to communicate with our hosts and we gratefully accepted fresh fruit from their garden and cookies baked for us. The only inconvenience was the noise created by whoever stays upstairs. Thanks for a great stay!

A very comfortable stay - thank you Winnie (and your daughter ) for the homemade banana bread loaves. They were very tasty!The location was quiet and ideal for where we needed to be. Overall we would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Winnie’s! Winnie and her family were incredibly welcoming and truly went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The home was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to our essentials—yet the neighbourhood was quiet, so we slept soundly every night. We’d happily stay again and will book with Winnie the next time we’re in the area.

Great location and comfortable stay

We found this location at the last minute for a 10 days stay. It was very cozy and comfortable for our family of four, the small rooms are quite well organized and we had enough room for two small children to run around. The beds and towels were so soft, and the host was really nice and so was communication. They left us treats, fruits and kind words. As for the location, it was great for us to move around by car. Outside of traffic hours, getting to and back from Vancouver was quite convenient. We highly recommend this property!

Reno stay

Wonderful find of an alternative for a stay close to home. We had a renovation and I work shift work and needed a quiet place for my overnight shifts, this was very central and Winnie and Alex are gracious awesome hosts. If you find yourself looking for somewhere in Metro Vancouver this is a gem!

Nice and cozy

We had a very nice stay at Winnie‘s place. The flat was exactly as described in the advert. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was superbly equipped. Winnie also provided us with salad and berries from the garden. Very warm and loving.

Garden Suite review

Hosts were friendly and very welcoming with excellent communication before and during our stay. Clean and comfortable and accurate to the listing. Quiet area. No issues with parking. Great location close to shopping and to our activities. Would definitely recommend staying here.
