You’ll stay in a fully restored, comfortable barn with a panoramic view of the valley. <br>Description: a large living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. One bedroom with a 140-sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. A terrace with a table and lounge chairs in a fenced-in garden.<br><br>Many activities are available in the area, including mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and tennis…<br><br>You can sample Cabecou cheese, Quercy melon, Cahors wine, truffles, foie gras, and more, and enjoy summer gourmet evenings in the charming villages of the Lot, not to mention the markets where you can discover all the delicious local products and specialties of the Lot. (Walnuts, saffron, and honey, in addition to those mentioned above)<br><br>You can visit Bonaguil Castle, Cahors and its Valentré Bridge, the magnificent village of St. Cirq-Lapopie, and the Célé Valley nestled between cliffs and cave dwellings….<br><br>To cool off, the lake at Montaigu-du-Quercy is the perfect spot (20 minutes from the cottage). After exploring the village’s wonderful market, you could go for a picnic by the lake—that’s one idea.<br><br>In the summer, you’ll have the sun and the cicadas to keep you company.<br><br>Mauroux is located 45 km from Cahors and 12 km from Puy-l’Évêque.

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables. Le logement est impeccable et le jardin parfaitement clos ce qui était un de nos critères pour notre chien. La région est magnifique, nous reviendrons certainement.

Hôte très gentil. Gîte pouvant accueillir un animal de compagnie. Loin des bruit de la ville. Petit bémol, la route peut fréquentée ou les personnes ne respecte pas la limitation de vitesse.Gîte très propre, avec tout ce que nous avons besoin.Merci a notre Hôte pour l'accueil

Très belle grange avec toutes les commodités, la propreté et également un très bon accueil et échanges agréables.Le calme et la vue sur la vallée du Lot nous a beaucoup plu, nos chiens ont également apprécié les balades en forêt et dans les sentiers autour des vignes.Tout était parfait pour ce séjour revigorant !A refaire sans hésitation.

La description intérieure du gîte est conforme à l'annonce. Le confort du lit est toutefois à revoir (il grince). L'accès des WC peut poser problème pour les personnes assez corpulentes. Le gîte est attenant à la maison des propriétaires (des personnes charmantes et discrètes) mais se situe en bordure d'une petite route assez passante. L'emplacement du gîte permet cependant de faire de belles balades et de découvrir toute la vallée du Lot. L'endroit est idéal pour les personnes séjournant avec un animal.

Joli coin, très calme, pour les adeptes de la détente c'est parfait

Si vous aimez les balades avec vos chiens, vous serez comblés , nous avons fait quelques parcours sympatiques, notamment celui sur les bords du Lot. Mieux vaut de bonnes baskets car le terrain est parfois bien escarpé !! Bien pratique aussi, pour ceux qui ont des voitures électriques, un camping est proche de la location, vous pourrez sans problème recharger votre voiture. C'est ouvert à tout le monde. Sinon, pour faire le plein de victuailles pour être en forme, vous avez un Leclerc, pharmacie etc, tout ça à 6 kms. La piscine intercommunale n'est pas loin, elle est bien aussi, super propre, par 38 degré le rêve !! Nous avons aussi visité le château de Bonaguil et celui de Biron, pour ceux qui aiment l'histoire, le guide de Bonaguil est intarissable ! Voilà, un bon séjour à Mauroux, batteries rechargées pour la rentrée !

Agréable séjour

Le logement était parfait pour accueillir notre chien. Jardin clôturé, sans aucun vis à vis. L’arbre sur la terrasse est très appréciable pour son ombre. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un court ou long séjour.

Séjour dans le lot

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, le logement est au calme avec un petit jardin clôturé parfait pour nos chiens. L'hôte est très sympathique et toujours réactifs a nos demandes et toujours de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Hôtes discret et agréable, très bon accueil

Belle région que nous connaissions déjà, pleine d'endroits à découvrir. La maison bien tenue il ne manque rien, elle est facile d'accès et avec une belle vue. Séjour à renouveler.

Joli endroit

Joli endroit paisible, avec des marchés tout les jours, dans les villages aux alentours. Hôte sympa et toujours disponible. Il y a plein de petits chemins pour promener le chien ou se balader. Je recommande.
