La Villa d'à Côté

Our magnificent villa is ideally located in southern Martinique, in Le Marin. Overlooking Marin Bay, it is set against the backdrop of Morne Gommier and Pointe Marin (Club Med), offering an exceptional ocean view. It can accommodate 2 to 8 people
Just two minutes from all the shops and the Marin Marina, “La Villa d’à côté” is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There is no noise pollution to speak of, and no neighboring buildings will spoil your vacation.
All of Martinique’s most beautiful beaches are nearby (Pointe Borgnèse Beach 3 km, Anse Figuier 5 km, Pointe Marin 8 km, Les Salines 10 km, etc.) and are free of Sargassum.

The 8m x 4m pool (with an alarm) and its outdoor shower, the very large deck with plenty of space for lounge chairs and recliners, and the barbecue area make this an exceptional vacation spot.
Completely renovated and redecorated in 2023, “La Villa d’à côté” features a master suite upstairs (with a queen-size bed, 160 x 200) and a sofa bed, along with a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a walk-in closet.
On the first floor, two large bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed, 160 x 200), a large 5-square-meter walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks and a separate toilet complete this level.
A separate bungalow offers additional sleeping space, including a master suite with a shower, walk-in closet, and toilet.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and all windows are equipped with shutters and blackout curtains (villa) and blackout curtains (bungalow).
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances, features a view of the sea.
The living room, with its 4-meter-wide window, offers a postcard-perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. The same is true of the terrace, which spans over 30 square meters and features a dining area, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living space with a magnificent, breathtaking view.
The villa also has private parking on the property.
Parties and gatherings are not permitted, to preserve the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. This rule is non-negotiable and will result in termination of the contract.

It’s actually because we live right next door in our own home, in a setting we absolutely love.
Many optional activities are available (massages, yoga, scuba diving, dolphin-watching catamaran trips, rum tastings at distilleries, etc.).
We’ll be there to welcome you upon your arrival and are always available to offer advice for an unforgettable stay in Martinique.
