1/2 Mile to Rotary Park (Boat Ramp), 15 Minute drive to Laughlin and Lake Mohave. Everything you need to be comfortable! Very nice, clean home! 3 smart tv's, bbq, fire pit, Keurig Coffee maker, Large Driveway (for boats or rv's). Great Location, close to everything!!

Convenient to Rotary Park

We were playing in a tournament at Rotary Park. This location was a mile away (or less). Home was clean and just the right size for 3 adults. It was quiet at night.

Bullhead City fun

Would stay here again. Very comfortable and clean. Master bedroom was large, comfortable bed with great tv. TV’s were a little complicated however but my husband got them to work. Very nice kitchen with great appliances and dishes. Quiet neighborhood

Great house

The house was very convenient to many attractions. Centered to go to Laughlin or south to other bridge for golfing. House had everything you needed to be comfortable. Even though neighborhood was a little dowdy in places, felt safe. Close to a park that was very nice. Would do it again.

A little TLC will make this a nice property to relax in....

First view of house shocking. Yard so overgrown with weeds...front & back. House itself was nice, but garbage disposal had "not working" sign. Towel rack in front bathroom missing.....outside of Bbq dirty & super greasy. But most of inside was nice/comfortable, spacious...... Good TVs, loved having a fire pit. Property Just needed a little TLC... Liked short distance to river & Vets memorial..

Ideal location for Exploring The Area

Although just my husband & I stayed here, most of the time we had 6 other family members visiting. The open floor plan and ample living room furniture gave us plenty of room tovisit. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back patio and the warm weather. Very close to Rotary Park & the river! It was just a short trip from here to Oatman to experience the Burros.

It’s was a great home away from home; it had all the amenities that we need and then extras like board games and a margarita maker. A great spot for families and their pets 😊

Memorial day river getaway

This place was great. Everything was just as advertised, the air conditioning went out on Memorial day weekend and they had it fixed in 4 hours. The property manager is super. Very nice place and was perfect for our group. Would definitely go back again.

Great getaway

We loved the warmer weather and could get out on our motorcycle. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Kendra answered our questions promptly. Nice place to call our home for the two weeks we were there.

Reasonable but expensive for the accomodations

There was no hot water in the shower of the master bedroom. There were only two bath towels for the three of us - until the last day when we found several nice towels in the dryer. The second bedroom has a nice queen bed and a bunk bed. The room is so small that the closet could not be reasonably accessed and the bunk beds were aligned within 6 feet of the queen bed. The photos definitely do NOT show this.

Dog and people friendly

Our hosts communicated well, and the property was clean when we arrived. Even better, the yard is securely fenced for those of us who travel with dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable 2 bedroom dog friendly house

Awesome house that accepts dogs. The carpet does not smell of dog urine like others we have stayed at. Nice big comfortable family room and kitchen. Master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. There was a power outage and it was 120 degrees, Owner was very nice, alerted us of the outage and offered to pay for a hotel room, if the power was not timely restored, which it was. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

I have never had a better rental experience. Owners were extremely prompt with all communication. Home was comfortable- and perfect while I am in town working. Owners were a joy to communicate with and they left me feeling like my stay and needs were a priority. I’ve already booked my next stays! Home was clean and I felt like extra attention was paid to the little details that leave you comfortable.

The kitchen in this property was fully stocked with the best of equipment to make out 10 day stay feel like home. Back patio and living rooms both large and inviting and bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
