Welcome! You are now viewing a beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom property located in Naples Park just 3 minutes away from the beach and 3 minutes away from all the nightlife, shopping, and dining you can imagine! Here are some other unique features of our property:

-Saltwater pool/jacuzzi that are fully covered with Lanai
-Bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas
-Sun loungers in our pool area
-3 minutes to beach/dining/shopping/nightlife

The Space:

We wanted to make this space a space that you, your friends, and family can really enjoy and made sure to have all of the necessary things in place in doing so!

Our home has a beautiful and fully covered with Lanai heated Saltwater pool & jacuzzi.

In the garage area, we have bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler for you your friends, and family to enjoy.

In one of the 2nd floor bedrooms, there is a dedicated work area.

This house is fully stocked and has a fully equipped kitchen for you and your family to enjoy breakfasts, lunches/brunches, dinners, etc

We also have a coffee maker for you to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

On site washer/dryer to make sure your families/friends clothes are washed and dried.

4 total TV's (3 in bedrooms & 1 in living room) that include Netflix & Youtube where you and your friends/family can watch a movie or listen to some music!

High speed WIFI throughout the home.

The Naples Park neighborhood in Naples is a very safe neighborhood right by the beach and near all the nightlife, dining, and shopping you can imagine. Our property is right near all the best things Naples has to offer.

Lovely, clean, well equipped house

We had a wonderful few days, plenty of space for our group of 8, very comfortable and well set up kitchen. Really helpful to have the use of the beach equipment in the garage, would recommend!

Beautiful home, had everything you need for a great vacation!

Very responsive host, kitchen extremely well stocked with whatever you need, beach gear in great shape, and pool area was terrific!

We couldn't have been happier!

This was a beautiful home! Well taken care of, everything we needed and really close to an amazing beach. We had 4 kids between 9 and 5 that never got out of the pool, the livingroom opened up completely to the pool so the adults have quite a comfortable life guard position. We contacted the property manager via text many times with our questions and they were so responsive and kind. I highly recommend this property!

Nice location, a few hiccups

A broken bed and broken outdoor patio door, along with no check-in instructions upon arrival which delayed our check-in, is why we didn’t give 5 stars.

We loved our stay

The house was comfy, the pool excellently located and private. Not a lot of sun exposure which we liked. The pool and spa control was very convenient, and the kitchen totally equipped. I do recommend it

Short getaway 😀

This property was clean , stocked and had everything you need for a quick beach getaway! Spacious for several guests, lots of privacy with bathrooms, and beds weee comfy! Pool was also very clean. Great proximity to the beach. Was a little disappointed with the road construction during our stay but that was def beyond the control of owner Would def return for another stay and recommend!

Great Family Vacation home

We loved it!!! We stayed for 7 days with 8 people, 2 of which were 7 and 8 years old and one 10 month old! We had so much space and had everything we needed! We highly recommend for a family vacation home! It was really nice to have a full kitchen and the pool!! Getting to the beach was easy and only a 5min drive 10/15 min walk. Everything we needed at the beach was also available for us at the house to take with us! Also an easy and quick drive from the airport! We would stay here again!

Home away from home

This house is the perfect place for a big family. We all had our own room and bathroom/shower. My kids had the best time using the pool. My in-laws had a comfortable bed and the entire house was clean. It was convenient to get to the beach. The kitchen and living room was spacious. I cant wait to be back. We love this snall piece of paradise.

Short bike ride to the beach

This house has an unusual layout but offers plenty of bedrooms and a nice living room/kitchen area with sliding glass doors that open to the pool. We used the three bikes in the garage to ride to the beach, which was about a 10-15 minute easy ride. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but be prepared to buy or bring paper towels. We only got about a third of a roll for our three-night stay. Overall, I would say this house is good, especially for a lot of people.

Construction chaos

It was a lovely house, but we were not warned ahead of time that the city was putting in new sewers on the block. We were awaken at 6:40/7:00am every morning to the loud construction noises that shook the house and rattled the windows. This went on all day till 5-6 pm in the evening. One day they parked the trucks in front of the house and we couldn’t get out. We were there for three weeks and it was going on the whole time. It was a nightmare and the owners never compensated us at all nor did they let us know about the streets being torn up and sewers/ water lines were being worked on. I never would have rented this house during this time if I had known.

Ladies Reunion

The layout of the house was true to the pictures. Very Clean, well stocked, comfortable. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked, but the owner did turn on the hot tub when requested, just takes a bit of time to heat up. We let the owner know that the 3 upstairs toilets weren’t functioning great from the 1st night onwards and I’m sure he will look into it. Wonderful house and in a great location. Would recommend staying there. Thanks Steven.
