Charming Mazet of approximately 91 M² completely renovated with great taste.
Neat and qualitative decoration for a serene atmosphere.
It is composed of a beautiful entrance with cupboard, a bright living room with open fitted kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, ovens, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- 2 bedrooms with cupboards, a shower room, a toilet then a pretty suite with shower room and toilet.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with new 160 beds divisible into 2 X 80.
Air conditioning throughout.
Small garden in front of the entrance of the mazet then in the continuity of the living room a beautiful terrace in stone and wood paving and garden with a clear sea view on the bay of St Tropez.
The estate has a beautiful swimming pool and direct access to the beach via an underpass. A private parking space completes the property and free public parking is also nearby.
Possibility to do everything on foot.
