Location, Location, Location! This 3rd floor penthouse struts grand views of the ocean and beautiful St. Augustine Beach right in front. The newly constructed 2BR/2BA boasts modern tastes with beach views that Jimmy Buffet could sing about. 1-min walk to the beach. 15-min drive to downtown St. Augustine.  Embark in the daily rituals of beach exploration and discovering the glorious Florida sunrise & sunset.  2nd floor unit available upon request. DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE - 20 MIN DRIVE!!  
THE SPACE

Brand new 3rd floor penthouse - 2BR/2BA sleeps 8 people. Ensuite kitchenette including sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster,  coffee machine, panini press, air fryer oven, double portable electric burner. COMPLIMENTARY coffee, tea, and wine for our guests - Kitchenette stocked with all plates and utensils.  *If an additional bed is needed, please communicate 2-days prior to check-in date to confirm the availability of our single beds. 
No pets allowed.

GUEST ACCESS

Our guests of 'LUX Penthouse Crescent Bch - 2BR/BA Sleeps 8 with have full access to the whole 3rd floor including the oversized 3rd floor balcony. There are interior stairs & an elevator (N of building) that can take you up to the 3rd floor to access the front door of unit. There are exterior stairs (SW of building) from 1st floor to 3rd floor balcony. Access to 1st floor patio is included and is shared with other guests.  Please be respectful of our other guests, regarding the common spaces on the property - Please clean up any mess in the 1st floor patio, as we share this space with others in the building. Additionally, please be respectful of others space and to keep common courtesy on the property at all times.
We live 5-mins away, so feel free to reach out via text or call. We are available at all times during the day! We are locals and have all the recommendations for things to do, see, eat, and drink in St. Augustine!  No shirt, no shoes, no problem - This is beach living!  

The beach access, restaurants, and bars are all in walking distance. Once you park, there's no need to drive anywhere! Downtown is a 20-min drive from our place.  
* Washer & Dryer are located on the 1st floor at the entrance of the interior stairs - Detergent is complimentary. As this washer and dryer is used by our 2nd & 3rd floor guests, please be respectful of the space. Please communicate any issues with the washer or dryer.

Welcome to Crescent Beach! Located just south of Downtown St. Augustine, just an easy 20-min drive. We are surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance.
