Welcome to Casa Verde, a home away from home.
Beautiful, renovated beach house within walking distance to West Dennis Beach (8 minutes walk).
Sun filled and comfortable living room, spacious 3 bedrooms, modern and well equipped kitchen, a sun room with a breeze of ocean air. This house offers plenty of space for the whole family.
For your comfort:

Large fenced backyard with charcoal grill,
Outdoor shower,
WiFi included,
Coffee machine,
Linens and towels provided
The Property has exterior security cameras ( Ring floodlights and Ring doorbell) facing street/front entrance/driveway/side of the house.
The video footage is not shared and is continuously recorded for liability reasons. Attempt to disable, redirect or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
Check in -- 4 PM ( keypad entry)
Check out --10 AM
While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-in or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay
