Detached house located on a wooded property in the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyard, with a dedicated outdoor space and a large covered terrace overlooking the woods with direct access to the vines. You will enjoy the owners' heated swimming pool (from May to September depending on the weather) available from May to September, depending on the weather. The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor sofa and garden furniture with a barbecue nearby. Two hammocks invite you to make the most of this bucolic environment. This cottage, which combines modernity and refinement, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with television. One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a television. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower. For your comfort, sheets, towels, pool towels, and household linen are provided. For your entertainment, you will find in the cottage a game console, a DVD player with a large selection of films. For sunny days, a ping-pong table is installed outside. Little ones will have fun on the swing and slide. For heating, reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room, electric heaters for the other rooms. The swimming pool is accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during opening hours. For end-of-stay cleaning, a flat rate is offered at an additional cost. Gîte with baby equipment: bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub, potty, bottle warmer, stroller. This gîte is non-smoking.
