We provide furnished serviced apartments for today's’ modern traveler. We have a dedicated customer care rep to help manage the quality of care and service you receive as our guest. Our unit comes with a 2 queen size beds, living room sofa, dining area, cable TV (3 tvs in unit) and wireless internet (30 mb/s), AC, carpeted floors, washer/dryer in unit, gas stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and utilities ($300/month cap).
There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage that are included with the rent. Our unit comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/ pans, towels, and linens. Our guests can upgrade internet speeds, direct TV packages and schedule housekeeping services at an additional cost.
The Complex has a 24hr security desk that monitors the high definition cameras throughout the property and parking garage. This is a key fob controlled-access community.
We ask all our guests to be respectful and courteous to the residents. Noise complaints, drunken/disorderly conduct by guests will not be tolerated.
3rd Party Bookings:
If you are an VRBO account holder booking for a relative, friend or a client and you will not be traveling/staying in the unit. We apologize but we do not allow 3rd party bookings.
You will need to have the actual guest create and use their own VRBO account. The traveler must register and go through the VRBO ID verification process, and book the unit directly.
The VRBO account holder who books our units must be present at check-in, provide a valid ID and reside in the unit for the duration of the booking.
