This single-story house, with a living area of 62 m², is attached to another gîte and the owners' house. Enjoy a fenced yard and a private garden of 980 m², as well as exclusive parking.

Large living room with kitchen (cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, etc.), dining area, and lounge with an 80 cm flat-screen TV and DVD player. Shower room with a 90x90 cm shower. Separate WC.

Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and one with a double bed (140x200 cm).

Electric heating. Utilities not included.
Cleaning fee included in the rental price. In the heart of the Omignon Valley, 15 minutes from Saint-Quentin and Péronne, 1 hour from Lille and Reims (Montagne de Reims, Champagne cellars), and 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris and Calais, Stéphanie and Bruno welcome you to their charming little cottage.

You can enjoy numerous activities nearby, such as river fishing just steps away, walks to discover historical sites, and hiking trails. The TGV train station is 15 minutes away.

As a couple and working in the trade, we wanted to change activity while remaining in customer service and the Gîtes de France® were a springboard in our decision.

In parallel with the gîtes, we have a bar / tobacconist / brasserie less than 15 km away and wanted a place conducive to rest and enjoying walks and nature: what Caulaincourt and our gîtes have fully brought us; while being at the service of our guests to make them discover our magnificent village, department and region.

We live in the town of Caulaincourt 02490, department of Aisne, Hauts de France region at the gates of the Somme. We are located between Saint-Quentin and Amiens 1h30 from Paris. Caulaincourt is a very peaceful village in the countryside (140 inhabitants) with its ponds, rivers and forest, while being close to the town of Saint Quentin (54,000 inhabitants) less than 10 minutes by car. Caulaincourt shelters a castle with its head the Count LouisAmédé de Moustier from where his descent was ennobled by Napoleon Bonaparte.
