Such a fantastic place to stay !
We had an amazing month at the house in Venetian shores! It was perfectly suited for me and my husband and my brother in law and sister in law. We also had guests in and out over the 4 weeks. Jennifer the property manager was super responsive to all of our inquiries and the house caretaker was such a sweet man who we thoroughly enjoyed his company. The downstairs apartment was clean, updated with fantastic appliances and beach decor. The pool was lovely and clean. The hot tub also was available for us, and cleaned on a regular basis. The dock fit our 2 boats and they have an empty lot adjacent to the house that was ours to use to store boat trailers and plenty of parking for 2 large pickup trucks. The tiki hut was the perfect location for us to get out of the sun if we wanted and we did happy hour each night with Sonos music available. The upstairs main apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths with laundry. The kitchen, living room and dining room were also updated with new appliances and tasteful decor. Screened in porch was a great location for morning coffee. The location of the neighborhood is by far the best in Islamorada. It’s central to many restaurants, marinas, grocery stores and founders park. It’s a great place to take long walks throughout the neighborhood and admire the lovely homes within Venetian shores. Overall we gave it 5 stars ! Can’t wait until next year!
